I had a disappointing experience at KFC recently. I won two pieces of wings through an arcade game, but when I tried to claim them, the staff told me they couldn't honor the offer because they were a franchise and not all promotions apply. It was confusing because the arcade game was advertised at the front counter. Then, I tried to redeem a promotion through the KFC mobile app for 8 mini fillets with a meal purchase over £10, but was told it wasn't applicable at this store either. It's frustrating to encounter misleading advertising and inconsistent policies.

I ordered a large meal 3 bone meal but only got regular fries rather than large fries.In the end they said I could keep the regular fries and was given the large fries I had paid for.Also got two drumsticks in my three bone deal. Would have preferred a mix.Overpriced of course as it’s based in a motorway services lay by.

Worst KFC ever. Check your order if takeout. Wrong items and so cold! You shouldn’t have to rely on the gravy to make your food warm! Staff obviously need more training as they have no idea! . .

Can’t give anything for Service as there was no one there and all done by the screen but definitely not worth nearly £12. Food was warm at Best and as you can see the chicken wings were off The worlds smallest chicken.

When we were there, it was closed as it opens quite late in the morning. When we went on our way back, order at the touch screen only. No hand sanitizer provided. Chicken took too long to cook and we waited for quarter of an hour to get our food.

Closes so early, why?? We wanted our chicken delight after a long day travelling but were sorely disappointed. Nothing else is open either for food after 10pm. Sad times.

Was extremely busy at lunch time so a little wait but to be expected, staff were clearly working hard to fulfil orders as quick as they could.Definitely can’t complain the food was very hot, good portion of chips, better then many other kfc’s we have visited.Yes they have slightly higher prices then other stores, but that the same with all shops at motorway servicesWell done guys ?

quick service with hot and tasty chickenfood was cooked fresh - the chicken was steaming hotfurthermore limited time teriyaki burger was not bad but not teriyaki sauce usedwould recommend if ur at the service station ig.. I mean it's just a KFC at the end of the day
We have been in the car park trying to get out for half an hour. 4 lanes of traffic trying to exit! I’ll need the loo again before we get out! Someone needs to redesign the car park !

Ordered a meal, opted for hot chocolate, paid the extra 40 pence - meal arrived and told they don't do hot chocolate there. So why was it an option to order? No apology, just a shrug and wasn't refunded the 40 pence either - I realise this is a small sum, but how many folk are being caught out each day?Avoid!

"The Good Breakfast" venue. The Best Breakfast By Far. Travelling to South Wales and enjoying the best motorway service breakfast by far, at M3 westbound Fleet Services, "The Good Breakfast" venue. Wonderful staff and wonderful breakfast. I always drive this route just to enjoy it.

These services aOn M3 at Fleet are useless for someone who is coeliac. No gluten free sandwiches, wraps or anything savoury to take out with a coffee. I was only able to get a packet of crisps or a nut bar. Not very filling when I had driven 2 hours and had another 2 hours to go.
