Assuming its same as most chicken places - Didn't visit Kfc, only popped in the services for the loo & a Starbucks.

It was crazy busy but the staff had a good system going. There was a bit of a wait but the staff really worked well to get food out ASAP

Staff poor, food was dry, captive audience allows business to run. If this was town centre with other choices food amd staff would turn me off going.
As the first services after the M25 heading west, invariably busy but a decent amount of parking spaces; since refurbishment after a major fire some years back, the interior is spacious, well maintained, with a good variety of the usual outlets you'd expect to find. Certainly one of the better motorway service stations I've visited.
