“Fantastic service tonight despite staff shortages. Staff were attentive and friendly, and showed good awareness of allergens and care in taking our order correctly. They really went the extra mile, and service felt personal, warm and sincere. Food was delicious as ever. Thank you for a great experience.Dietary restrictions: Good range for children with dairy allergies - the availability of vegan butter for the dough balls was a real bonus. The order was taken with care, double-checked with us, and dietary requirements highlighted to the kitchen.Kid-friendliness: The colouring sheets and hats are always a hit. Menu is great. Staff were welcoming and chatty with the children. It was really nice not to feel like a bother!”
