The food was average since I last visited.They've removed my favourite vegetarian pasta dish and not replaced it with anything good.The breaded mozzarella was served on a napkin so the cheese stuck to it.This place has really gone down hill.I only had cash on me because my phone had died and I usually use my phone to pay. My waiter had to go and get the manager. He came over and told us that only this time they could make an exception and said to me very rude and abruptly that there is a sticker on the front door saying card only even though I apologised that my phone was dead.I was then told to never come back unless I could pay with card as they don't take cash.I understood from the beginning and was treated like I was a criminal because my phone had died.I'll be going to Farnborough or Godalming from now on.

New Year's Eve and coping quite well with bonkers demand. Had to queue fo a while despite booking, bit we were better off than those chancers who had to be turned away. Well staffed with efficient young people who did well ... despite having to manage some errant technology, otherwise would have be 5 stars.

As the previous review said it was pretty chaotic last night. It was really busy and the staff and kitchen obviously couldn’t cope. We waited an hour and a half for our main course and the food wasn’t great either. It didn’t look or taste like the menu description. Very disappointing.

Honestly. Not impressed. We had booked a table for 8 o’clock, I work in a restaurant so I know how table service works. We arrived at 7:55. There was a family infront of us, ourselves and the family infront of us ( not sure how long they were waiting for) we were all stood there until 8:20, when we ended up giving up and going home. I understand it is New Year’s Eve. However, several Members of staff walked passed us with no communication. Even if we were told there was a wait would be nice but we were completely ignored for 25 minutes. Overall not happy, after having a reservation and being completely ignored by members of staff, I felt was very rude and very unprofessional.

Dire. Wrong delivery sent. Food was not suitable for us - not our choices and was cold by then anyway. I was Assured order was on its way several times but it never arrived. I was charged for the missing order and my complaint to just eat was not properly investigated and was dismissed. Still trying to get a refund and a decent apology.Not impressed!

Had a family dinner here Sat night. Service was excellent and food tasty. Very grateful to everyone for embarrassing my brother in law with a heartfelt happy birthday song and a candle in his pudding! Great restaurant.

Had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner.Food was good, service was prompt and polite. Had a lovely evening.29/08/2022Popped in for an unplanned dinner tonight. Had a lovely meal, starters and mains. Staff were friendly amd efficient. Meal came hot and quickly.

We are regulars at Fleet restaurant and the food is always great with a lovely ambience. Service is quick with friendly staff, especially Bence and Molly who are both excellent. Highly recommend. P.S. Their Carbonara is to die for!

Six of us travelled over from Farnham to try out Prezzo in Fleet. What a great choice it turned out to be. We had a table booked on Friday Night 19th August. The food we had was simply divine and we all had superb meals. Drinks are also very reasonably priced and as usual we made good use of the bar offerings. We were here for 3 hours and really lost track of time. Before we new it our taxi was waiting for us all. We all really enjoyed the whole experience. The atmosphere was superb as were the staff who served us. The two young ladies who waitressed for us seemed to both have the gift of being able to serve and chat with a permanent happy smile and were an absolute delight. Thank you so much for a really lovely evening and experience. We will be back again. One last thing parking is very nearby and the walk is very short. Toilets are upstairs in this restaurant which we all found excellent, clean and tidy.
