Fleet Rd Subway, Himmat is such a genuine guy, I work nearby and his endurance for customer service is inspiring, every time I see him, he is going out of his way to engage with customers, he is putting other branches to shame with this positive attitude, thank you so much for the consistent, brilliant service, really hope he gets rewarded for consistently going above and beyond.

No idea who the guy behind the till was today late evening (Wednesday 28 June) - but the service was simply outstanding for any Subway. The gentleman was very polite, spoke well, and he really made sure we were looked after properly. (Eg adding toppings we requested, adhering to my wife’s request for a different toasting routine etc.) He clearly cares for his customers and this was refreshing. Late evening meant the place was empty and it perhaps allowed for the slow-paced, careful / detail-oriented service that we liked - not the rush you sometimes encounter in a Subway because there are others waiting to order. We tried the new menu and both my wife and I really liked the subs we ordered. We will be back for sure.

Went there to order food at 6.55pm (restaurant is meant to be open until 9pm) walked in with an 'open sign' still shining bright.... this was not the case! Everything had been shut down and cleared away. Not impressed.

Service and food is good, the usual guy that works there is always friendly & polite however the cleanliness of the store is poor, the toilet facilities are disgusting - toilet bin is filthy, toilet room is generally dirty, rusty handrails and the sink definitely needs a deep clean.
