Lady at the cashier was very rude also whilst she made my coffee she poked her mouth with her finger. Very disappointing.

If you love to pay some money to be treated unfairly make sure you stop here, trying to order a coffee was so much aggravation, the staff were rude apart from one of the ladies, and as for the ginger guy with the beard (I think he was the manager) he just kept giving me the dirty look. Not going to stop here ever again and I suggest no one else does.

There's an EV charger here which took months to be installed, but it can never be used as the spaces are always taken by petrol cars. In fact, I'm not even sure it's ever been in service, it doesn't appear on any of the EV apps.

I went in this shop today with my mates and my mate who is 16 wanted to buy a energy drink for himself he had his ID and because I was standing next to him they refused to sell it to him because I didn’t have any ID bearing in mind he was buying one and he had the ID and they refused him I have had this problem in the past where my dad went in to buy an energy drink and because I picked it up for him as his hands where full they refused to sell it to him because I picked it up I would not recommend this bp garage and I found the staff extremely rude.
Terrible Service! The woman who worked at the cashier not only will not hear it, but also has a grudge that someone noticed her. I did not buy what I needed because the cashier could not even say clearly what the price of the product is. Disrespectful to the client. I do not recommend this gas station to anyone. Aggressive, very unpleasant staff, especially the young woman who worked at the checkout! I would recommend changing customer service.

Absolutely disgusting practices, due to staff ignorance they did not take payment for the fuel only the items I purchased from their shop. It was only once I had a letter from qdr solicitors that I realised they hadn’t put it through with the transaction. I spoke to the manager and she would not own up to responsibility, don’t use this place.

Fuel is 24hr but not other services as. Was ignored by the staff member until I had to knock on the window to enquire about getting a sandwich but I was told I'm not allowed in despite being advertised as 24hr instore.

Another good local BP. Good variety of products inside. Wildbean cafe is pretty nice, prefer the Tchibo on the A31. Good selection of beers in the off license. Staropramen and Asahi in stock, very nice!
