Staff was nice but food was not good. Burger was dry and chips tasted like they were made at least couple hours before and just reheated.

This is for the Port Solent branch as there isn't an option for that location. I’d put no stars if I could. Blue cheese chicken salad was awful. No blue cheese just a couple of plastic cheese slices melted on top of coated chicken portions. Lettuce had seen better days, 2 slices of tomato and that was it for the salad. 3 tiny pots containing gerkin, jalapeño and slaw. Luckily I ordered chips, which were ok. Service was awful, waited an hour for food and then told, sides weren’t necessarily with the correct meal. The 2 girls working didn't seemed like they cared. We were the only people inside, roughly 20 customers, including 8 of us all evening. Now I know why. The whole place was grubby. Toilets were unusable, men’s and ladies filling up when flushed. We had to use the Wetherspoons. Will not be visiting again ?

This time burgers patties were dead dry with strange bits in it. Virtually no sauce and whole burgers were dry. Wrong chips type delivered. Overall really bad experience and will not order again. Shame as last time quality was very good.

The service was really good however the burger was a total let down. The buns were cold and like they had been taken straight from a fridge and not warmed or toasted. That is not how a burger is made. There was also gristle in my burger and the fact that you can’t order a burger with one patty is a shame. For the cost I’d expect much better but the staff were still nice

Have ordered for delivery many times but went to sit in. Food great, service fast and friendly and the internal decor is fantastic. Great selection of suggested burgers or you can make one up to whatever spec you like. Enjoyed the experience and will go again. MacDonalds is directly opposite so very odd to sit with a high quality tasty burger inside Bangerz n Burgerz while looking at the fast food place. In all honesty for value you are much better going here as you can enjoy a beer with a much better burger and fries.

Ok, so we booked for 5 @12.30 and visited here at the port Solent site. The waitress was amazing couldn’t do enough but was on her own and 1 chef? Buy the time we left she joked does anyone want a job as she was over run with guests by 1.30-2pm. The food was hot, but to honest it was poor not just the size? But the overall quality, imagination, honestly had a Burger King a few days later which was better? The chicken burger, chips, Diet Coke was £16. The childrens meals were £6 and tbh were the same size apart from 1 more piece of crusty chicken. Totally overpriced for what it was my other daughter had Cajun-back fries £5.50 so bad. I had high hopes from a few pictures on Instagram but the food didn’t match there advertising pictures. Defo would not go back.

Great burgers. One BBQ burger and spicy fries. One sweet chilli plant based burger plus tater tots. Yummy. Great service from Holly, Jack and Tamara. Definitely recommend ?

Up front - this is about the Port Solent restaurant but cannot find a page for them… Phoned at 1830 to book a table for an hour later, told we had the last table, but all good… Arrived at Port Solent, restaurant half empty. After ordering drinks, then told 30 minute delay on food… that was okay. Food arrived after 75 mins and a complaint to the manager. Was not the only person disappointed. I have some sympathy… if staff phone in sick you have to do your best… BUT, Deliveroo cannot take priority can it??? Annoying thing is that even with staff shortages and deliveries… it is still burgers, right? Simply no excuse for that length of delay to service, I estimate, 6 or 7 tables tops! Annoyingly, despite the fact that (inexcusably and inexplicably) the fries were Luke warm, the burgers (chicken and beef) were pretty tasty! 10% discount offered not good enough… paid half the bill which I assess fair for the experience. Massive sympathy for the Staff, but could have saved me a half hour drive and prioritised those who make the effort to visit the restaurant. Need to be sensible with discount when half the food is tepid and took simply too long with little explanation or warning… Such a shame when, to steal a phrase from Pulp Fiction, “that was a tasty burger…!”

Went here last night and it's was so good. Attentive staff, amazing food and even more amazing cocktails. The lady who was serving was absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful and cheerful. Will definitely be going again when next in the area. We'll done guys !

My daughter wanted a hot dog but doesn't eat beef. This was the only place which offers a wide tasty selection and clearly knows what's inside their hot dogs. She was delighted with the kids menu. I tried the Chicago which was delightful. The different flavoured fries were great and Cassy our waitress was excellent. My dad enjoyed the craft beers too. They told is there are 7 places open and aiming for 100 by 2025. I hope they reach Surrey and London soon.
