We went in to get a few sausage rolls but was informed about a 15 minute wait, so not too happy. This was a Sunday morning, so maybe forgivable, but Greg's- sausage rolls, really...This store has friendly polite staff, it's clean & well looked after. But no sausage rolls ?Parking: Parking free on Sundays, charged Mon to Saturday, up to 6pm. Can't recall the cost, but it's not a rip off.

This gregg rarely has much in the counter at lunch times, it’s becoming a joke that they can’t manage when they need to cook more to maximise sales and have happy customers, lunch time is a peak period yet no food to sell! The bin is never emptied before you have to start a balancing act either, staff are mediocre with a lack of customer service or an explanation for the constant lack of food! Customers that work/ live in this area must get frustrated with the same situation.

Love my local Greggs but someone cannot cook to save their life, I normally get a pain-ua-choc and a mocha every morning but just lately they are still raw, no crisp, no tan and doughy in the middle, had one yesterday where it's was so undercooked I could smear pastry with my finger, I hope someone sees this pretty please fix my breakfast

Never has everything for delivery, constantly substituting items. The general staff are great and I know it's not their fault but what use to be the best greggs is now the worst for delivery.
Best Greggs in the area clean tidy store. Well mannered staff. always looks like they could do with more staff although always good availability of products.
