Kaylee was very helpful and patient with our order of drinks. The order was changed a few times but Kaylee was very helpful and patient with us and smiled all the time. I hope I spelt her name correctly and will look forward to meeting the friendly staff at the Heron again soon

Came in for a birthday dinner and the staff were so nice, and there was a lot of us! It was for a 21st and even though the pub was very busy over lunch the ladies where so good to us so thank you!

Very disappointing experience tonight. I can’t fault the food as it was cooked well and my medium steak was medium. However, the attitude of the staff and willingness to work was non existent. There were empty glasses all over many tables, cleared by the bouncer over an hour after we arrived! There was no follow up on our food to check it was ok and the plates were only cleared because my partner asked. It was not busy, far from it as they wanted to close early. The dessert dishes were there when we left, over 20 minutes after we finished eating. There was no acknowledgment of us when we arrived, not even a hello and the staff were just chatting.

Lovely food, really reasonable, only thing I will say is sort your glasses out, twice now we've been and you had no prosecco glasses, because your food is so amazing I'm bringing my own glasses lol I can't do prosecco in a wine glass

Four of us had breakfast, we were served by Louise Hogg who was very welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful, she served us our food and drinks with a smile and asked us numerous times if there was anything else we needed, wanted to do a review as she really deserves to be recognised.

Great value meals with special offers daily for example Fridays are buy one get one free on burgersMarie is always a great laugh and looks after us.

Another lovely experience, we go to the heron alot it is always nice, the staff are friendly n have laugh with u (specially Marie's banter) n make u feel welcome. If I had to criticise something it would b the fries portion sizes have got a bit smaller.Parking: Need to sort out flooding of carpark as it removes 7-8 spaces
