Dreadful meal yesterday food was cold took a long time to arrive and was assured it was hot out fryer. We used the drive thru so wasnt going to go all way back to return. Defo wont be going back again. ?

Not been to havant kfc for a long time, as not had good experience with this branch .I ordered a gravey mega box The piece of chicken was so small and dry, the mini filet was so thin and smaller then the hot wings ,and the chips were cold ,staff was not helpful, definitely will not be going back here, rather travel to another branch

Fillet Burger was fine. Skin on chips are a bit naff, but that's personal preference.The main thing you notice is that it's very cold if you sit in. It's so cold, it makes your food go cold faster, having the blowers on like it's still 30 outside.You don't need to turn the heating on, but at least turn off the AC!?

Every time I go there through the drive through, food is always cold, or tepid at best. I should have learnt my lesson, but sometimes I get desperate for a chicken leg. Just have to nuke it when I get home.

I think it is discusting,the place is filthy,the tables and floor is filthy,no clean trays to give you,the staff look filthy and smell of bo and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Hadn't eaten from KFC in a while and now I remember why. Aside from the chicken mini fillets it was bad. The fries were overcooked like school chips, the Zinger burger was dry and had barely any sauce aside from mayo and no hot sauce. The only salad was white old lettuce. Pretty shocking quality for an item that costs 5.99. It should be 3.99 at most The boneless banquet was 3 mini fillets, the chips, a tiny box of popcorn chicken, coleslaw and drink. I asked for hot sauce but there was none, just sachets of ketchup and mayo. Again, not worth the price. The worst thing was the box that the food came in falling apart when I picked it up, spilling the greasy chips and popcorn chicken onto my passenger seat. Pretty bad. KFC remain my least favourite fast food chain after several years of declining quality and indifferent service.
