Would give zero stars if I could. Placed a take out order, drove all the way home and found items were missing. Had to drive all the way back and get them to make it again. We have this as a treat for the kids and it turned in to a nightmare. Never again.

I would put no stars. Firstly asked what drink we would like with our order and when we asked for Pepsi max we were told they only had 7up. The gravy was runny and just tasted filth. The chicken skin was so crispy and horrible. The actual chicken tasted dry and cold. I have to say we normally get a good service

Went through the drive through only to be told that the manager will not allow drive through customers to change their awful seasoned chips to the older skin on plain variety. So we drive around and my husband has to enter the store (smoke filled and very dirty looking) to order on the machine (your not able to order at the counter either) so we don’t get stuck with the new fries that no one in our household will eat.The last time we visited we weren’t informed that the fries had changed so we binned 1/2 our meal.I am confused since it is obvious 80%+ of their business is drive through?!

I ordered through Uber eats a colonels meal with a fruit shoot and salad as a side. I thought I’d order kfc as I wanted to try the new chips however they didn’t give me any chips at all!!! Instead they gave me an extra fruit shoot. Ridiculous u can’t replace food with a drink. Won’t order from this one again. Also chicken looked abit raw.

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered on the touch screen order points. The restaurant was quiet but took ages for the order to be ready.Ordered two Trilogy box meals and some extra chicken strips.Both box meals were fillet burgers and not zinger burgers. One meal was missing the popcorn chicken, the other missing the chicken strip. The extra strips were undercooked, pale, anaemic, and completely lacking crunch and over seasoned to the point of becoming almost inedible. Burgers were cold. Everything tasted of cold salty regret.Since the order point was out of receipt paper, I had no receipt to complain once I got home.I now understand why it was so quiet at dinner time.Literally go anywhere else.

Went on Friday evening with my partner. Food was undercooked, items missing. Loads of delivery drivers constantly arguing with staff about orders. Hygiene was non existent as all bins were rammed full where they wernt changed. Tables and floors left dirty with food. Mould on the air vents above.Almost like they’ve just given up trying to run a functioning fast food business.

Enter our order twice on the self service Keyboards and both times when it came to pay the machine shut down. Also, there is terribly limited parking for any vehicle over the size of a matchbox toy.Parking: Limited amount of spaces and all very, very small.

Waited so long at unmanned dive through, gave up, parked and went in to get take away. Wish I hadn’t. Service inside was slow. Till broke, touch screens broken, popcorn dry, chicken dry, sweetcorn inedible. Don’t bother.
