I ordered through a delivery service and received an order that had been specifically requested without cheese due to allergies, with the cheese very much in tact. The sticker was applied with the requests very much visible and one of the two instructions was actually followed. I’m unsure which makes it more useless?The issue did not lie with the delivery service- they absolutely done their job unlike this restaurant.I contacted the restaurant and apparently spoke to the manager who wasn’t comfortable disclosing their name. They advised me they cannot offer a refund or a code to re redeem, and when I asked for an email address to contact their complaints team, she stated that the complaints procedure was to call on the phone line that I was using ??Absolutely useless and terrible terrible service. Really really basic instruction and so many issues for a bloody £2.70 burger!! Sadly items are missing almost every time I order and I ALWAYS let it slide, or the order is not quite what you ask for and it seems by using delivery services they can just freely pass the buck.Very disappointed and will not be ordering again, especially from this restaurant. I will wait to hear from anyone regarding my complaint but won’t hold my breath. Avoid!

Before self-service kiosks your order will have been fulfilled by a dedicated till operator. Now we order and wait while no explanation of delays are given, ice in cold drinks melt, hot drinks go cold and Uber Eats orders are given priority.2 stars because at least the breakfast menu is fairly good value

You try to trust what your ordering & give them the benefit of the doubt & yet they still miss things on an order. I appreciate everyone is over worked & under staffed but it's not rocket science to read a ticket order ?

Took 25 minutes for 1 double cheeseburger, asked where it was after 20 minutes as my bus was approaching when they said it is on its way. My bus passed when they slowly packed it in the bag and stalled before saying the number even when knowing I was them. I left the store as I didn't want to spend another second in there and the burger was cold.The only good thing is that it is McDonald's, who doesn't like a maccies. But this chain is not a chain that should represent this franchise.

Absolutely ridiculous, they can’t even read what to deliver. I order at least 3 times a week and 2 times out of the 3 the made up the order. Hire people that can read and write and maybe you can have a good review.

Never usually have any issues here. I tend not to use this location due to the awkwardness of the drive-thru layout and the changed entrance and exit.

Terrible ! They leave your food standing for ages then attempt to serve it to you cold?! Flat cola as it’s been left sitting there for so long. The staff don’t seem to care at all. Not the staff’s fault - definitely a management issue….
Service is all done by touch screen as for atmosphere just noisy.

Glad they keep improving over the yearsVegetarian options: The plant burger and other veggie options are great.Dietary restrictions: Easy to find out and can easily adjust the ingredients in the burgers too.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids, they love it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance, and smooth floors.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. How can they call it ‘fast food’ when you have to wait 30 minutes for your order! They prioritise Uber/Just eat orders so you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for anything!
