AVOID at all cost! If I could give 0 stars I would. Been here twice while staying with family. Staff are more interested in chatting while one member does all the work. After 10 minutes from ordering food, I had to ask where one member of staff walked away with it? Messy and dirty tables, enough staff just too lazy to come out and clean the restaurant.On second occasion I ordered my food via delivery. 2 adult meals and 2 happy meals. Food arrived after 1 and a half hours cold and no fries with any of the meals. Just an empty bag where the fries meant to have been. The driver was waiting for over 30 min at the restaurant. When I phoned the store and told them the issue they put down the phone and avoided picking up again. Called up after 45 min and spoke to Matt (manager) who said that he wasn't to be blamed for anything and that there was 5 managers on site at that moment. He told me to contact Just Eat. Just Eat is a delivery company, not the the ones who provide the food, you have me cold food and no fries!! None! Do these people have brains? I worked in McDonalds my self 15 years ago and if this is how the store is managed, all managers would have been fired instantly. What a disgrace.

This is the hot chocolate i got from Mc Donald. I am a regular customer of McD, this is not the first time i am ordering hot chocolate. I got the worst drink from here. I asked the staff to change it. They came to teach me how a hot chocolate should be. They given the same drink again. It’s a bad experience for me.

The food was good, fresh, and probably better than most McDonald's. There is no one serving you, so service is a bit issue we waited also about 20 minutes for our food which is quite long considering it wasn't that busy.

Drive through can be difficult due to queues- have to park up as food not usually immediately ready. Order is often wrong in some way - depending on traffic out of Asda can be stuck in traffic a while. Inside is very impersonal but usually clean and most staff are friendly and helpful.Parking: Due to amount of people having to wait after the drive through for their order parking can be a problem

Seriously how hard is it to read an order ! All I ordered today was 2 quarter pounder meals and some cheese bites , I asked for no onions on one of the burgers and what did I get … onions . This isn’t the 1st time this has happened either , it’s happened a few times now when I have gone in to the store or ordered from just eat !

Food is good but service is disgusting. I order for delivery and twice they short my meal. One time it was a whole burger and the second time was 2 portion brownie I ordered. Uber said they were just messengers and only deliver what they were given.

This is hands down the worst McDonald's in the area, not had a good experience to date. Extremely slow service and staff are rude. The drive thru and delivery orders are prioritised over other orders. Avoid if you can!

Food arrived in good time was piping hot, makes a change to get decent amount of chips. Staff where very pleasant. the restaurant and toilets where clean. Need a say more had an enjoyable visit.
