Ordered via the Havant Eats app at 1757 and was advised of a 1835 delivery time - perfect; plenty of time to get the kids settled to bed.1900 - I call and ask where our pizzas are and I'm told its just left as they're busy.1920 - I call and ask again where the pizzas are as we're only 10 minutes away and we'd been told they were already on their way. Nope, now I'm told they're ready but not been collected yet!? I'm offered a bottle of diet coke as compensation.1950 - the delivery driver calls me and asks where he needs to go as his sat nav isn't working!? (I'm sure he could get google maps up on his phone?).2000 - we finally get our food and hour and a half late.If we had known it was going to take so long we'd have collected but being told its on its way, its just about to leave, etc meant we sat at home waiting all getting hungrier...I will not order from here again which is a shame as the pizza was quite tasty but the portion of fries was tiny for the price and overcooked.

Our food was extremely late and unfortunately the end of a cucumber wrapped in plastic wrapping was found in our lamb dinner wrap.

Absolutely disgusted with the food and the service received this evening! We ordered online and they phoned us to say they didn’t have any chilli cheese bites so instead we asked for onion rings. Then our order arrived cold, they had given us two portions of onions rings to make up the price difference which we where happy with but there was only half of the mozzarella sticks also ordered, I phoned to query and the very rude lady said it’s because they gave us the onion rings? She offered to send us more mozzarella sticks but then retracted that statement saying that we live to far so she can’t send a driver back out? And what was supposed to be one cheese and tomato pizza and one cheese and garlic pizza ended up being just two tomato pizzas but once again no resolution or refund was offered I am completely disgusted by this and will never order from here again and will be going further as to make sure others do not order from here as clearly they do not know how to run a business or to even simply make the correct order.

Cannot comment on the food as it was delivered to wrong address, after waiting hour and half. When we phoned to ask where it was we were told we had it, absolute joke of a place. Just because our address is on the reciept does not mean it came to the right house, avoid at all costs!

I ordered at 8:35pm and it didn’t arrive until almost 11pm, I couldn’t get hold of the restaurant as their phone went straight to voicemail, they didn’t contact me to let me know they’d be late or even to update me on anything, the pizzas were tasteless and not worth the money I payed I won’t be recommending and I won’t be using again!!

Ordered a pizza from an app. It arrived and was completely different pizza to the one ordered. Absolutely covered in Olvies, no chorizo etc. Rang to say they’d sent the wrong pizza, I get it, things happen. They refused to do anything about it saying that’s what the pizza is and the app is wrong which is somehow not their fault even though they send through what to put on the app. We argued the case and they hung up on us. 100% avoid.
Sent wrong pizza, blamed the app for showing the wrong toppings. Awful customer service and hung up on me.

Crappy experience from start to finish. Order took over an hour to arrive. Was cold and burnt. I called to complain and was told to call back the following day as the woman answering the phone "only works here" When I raised a complaint after 2.5 hours I was told to return all the food and then a refund would be issued. Absolute joke of a takeaway. #dominoes

Pre-ordered via the local app for delivery at 1830. Order was delivered an hour and a half early at 1700 but was cold and had clearly been dropped. The pizza was awful when we tasted it too. Called and a female said they could send another pizza replacement but couldn't answer why it was sent so early. Tbh, I don't want another pizza now ice seen and tastes this one. Won't order again from here.
