I never stayed here, but I was unexpectedly stranded in Havant on a cold rainy night and was desperately looking for a hotel to stay in. Unfortunately it was fully booked, but the hotel staff let me sit in the lounge in the warm and dry, and help myself to free teas and coffees. I will forever be grateful to them for this kindness

Very clean and well positioned Premier at junction to Hayling Island. Thyme onside and a few steps great Carvery at Langbrook Farm, and 5 mins drive plenty shops in Havant.

Rooms good, could do with an extra cumfy chair, Sunday breakfast server rushed off her feet, could of done with an extra staff member. Didn't eat dinner here so can't

Poor breakfasts. Tired fried egg, anaemic scrambled egg separating into liquid and solids, undercooked, anaemic vegetarian sausage, undercooked hash browns. Thank goodness the Continental offerings were better.Evening meal. Curry #1 off the menu, curry #2 off the menu, fish and chips off the menu, pasta off the menu, cheese off the menu....I mean, come on, what's to like about that?Pass cards don't always work and have to be reprogrammed, card reader in rooms problematical. All just so inconvenient.

Staff were lovely standard level of room no frills. Paid for breakfast which I didn't eat anything hot as they couldn't make us any other eggs than fried as the lady working wasn't a chef so could of saved myself some money as I dislike fried

I've alway had good things to say about this Premier Inn, I always visit this Premier Inn. I don't care about minor scoffs and decor peeling, I can easily wash away the odd hair found on the bath tub. But to have BED BUGS on your bed is unacceptable. I found them crawling on me! I reported this to Reception, the guy on duty was brilliant and changed my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher as well (which I didn't ask for). But this bed bug experience has got me questioning this hotel for the first time. Really spoilt what was a good day.EDIT: Premier Inn have since contacted me, have apologised for the problem, have assured that they will take extra measures to ensure people don't encounter bed bugs whilst sleeping. I have stayed here many times times and will have to take their word this was one of those rare incidents.

Nice enough, but understaffed would not do meal deal again as first night half the menu was missing.

I had already booked this hotel and the day before leaving, I decided to read the reviews. The main concern seemed to be the wifi so I had a panic attack. Needless to say, the WiFi is absolutely great. Yes, I paid for the ultimate upgrade but I had no issues joining meetings, streaming video and watching Netflix :) What really surprised me was the friendliness of every single member of staff. Fromthe welcome to the goodbye and everything in between. The restaurant food is delicious by the way! I would recommend the piri piri chicken wings as well as the steak! All cooked perfectly! Thank you ever so much for a fantastic stay - All the staff did Premier Inn proud!

This PI is comfortable clean and welcomingThe food is great with a speedy as possible service. The restaurant staff are amazing. There is one young lady called Tia who’s constantly trying to make you stay as comfortable as possible. She could be a rising star within the hospitality sector now don’t get me wrong all the staff are super great but Tia sees and understands the business and seems to strive for betterWell done to all staff

Poor young waitresses rushed off their feet, not sufficient staff on duty. We had paid for the meal plan. Not made aware that certain items on menu have extra surcharge. Food was cold and dry (fish and chips). Told when checking in that breakfast was available until 10.30 am. Told at 10.10 am that breakfast now finished, so the staff offered refund instead. Lack of information when checking in and staff over worked, a real failure by the management team. The room was clean and comfortable however.Disappointed with this premier inn though.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.

Great location and great rooms as usual from premier inn. On site restaurant had normal and uninspiring food but good enough for most.I was told that the mixed grill was extra money which I thought was a bit of a cheek considering I had paid for the meal deal and everything on the menu should be included if you've paid full wack for the deal!!I asked for my room to be cleaned but when I came back to it in the afternoon it had not been done..Also the free broadband was terrible. I know the idea is to entice people to pay for the upgrade but the free one was so bad I thought the upgrade must be useless too.Otherwise good holidayRooms: Great accessibility in the disabled rooms. I always have a wet room.

I've never had this dish before. Chicken strips with sweet chilli and nachos sauce, with chips. It was yum. My husband had steak and ale pie.

Check your bed here, I didn't lesson learnt. I am covered with over 100 Bites. Hopefully the room has been put out if use and fumigated. I was in room 311 best to avoid this room and surrounding rooms.
