Our waitress, Jane was superb in every way. Each of our party of 6 ordered various things and she reeled off fluently, all the choices relating to each dish, so our ordered went in within seconds. When she delivered the food she did not have to ask which was whose, a rare skill in England with English staff. She brought a fresh carafe of tap water when the first was emptied, without prompting. The 3 couples paid separately, some with cash and some with cards. She had it all sorted in seconds. On top of all this this was friendly and added to our enjoyment. Thank you.

I go there as it's my local every now and then staff and brilliant and always busy, the food is good and time wise quick to good, an ok selection of drinks at the bar too, worth a visit ?Parking: Have to register the vehicle

Went with 4 friends for breakfast. An all you can eat buffet style, so you can get what you pay for. No table service which is reflected in the price you pay for. With all that said will definitely return some time later, a very pleasant experience and friendly helpful staff.

me and my partner celebrated new years at beefeater. our waiter 'Will' made our experience very welcoming. he was polite and gave us updates on where our food and drinks were. whenever he passed, he made sure to ask if everything was ok and that we had everything. he really gave his all even though he was very busy that night. really made us smile and we will be going back again for the lovely food and the service they provided there. thank you Will!

We would just like to say a massive thank you to the staff at the rusty cutter for a wonderful meal and exceptional service on new year's eve. After a bitter disappointment of having our booking cancelled by the sister restaurant the harbour lights due to having no food left and one hours notice of this on new year's eve we realised we had very little option to redeem the situation/disappointment created by the lack of management at the sister restaurant the harbour lights. Thankfully the management at the rusty cutter are in a different class and the fit our family booking in and didn't dissapoint. The service from the staff was on top form considering how busy they had been over the festive period and made us feel more than welcome. The food was cooked to perfection and clean plates were taken from the table at the end of our meal. So to Lawrence, Rich, Sam, and all the staff that saved our hogmany meal me and my family say thank you very much appreciated.
I booked a meal for My wife Maria's 60th Birthday for 30 of our Children and Grandchildren plus My wife Maria's sister brother and 2 best friends.We were served by Will for the 3 courses who was superb throughout great service and always a smile on his face .This is a great Beefeater and a regular haunt for me and my wife .My wife enjoyed her 60th Birthday Day meal and said a big thankyou to Will .Great evening
