This is just an old fashioned genuine British pub serving superb real ales, I visit when in the area, and I wish it was my local.

Facing the church in the center of town, this is a friendly local with a reasonable selection of well kept ales from Fuller's with a guest sometimes. Food served lunchtimes. Garden / smoking area to the rear. Sports on the telly, music / disco on occasional weekends.

We were there for about 30 minutes but we were so impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the young lady behind the bar. My wife and I would recommend this pub to anyone.

Excellent service. Fresh vegbut roast potatoes never crisp on three last visits despite being only booking at that time… Yorkshire puddings from a packet sadly… need to up their game … to compete locally
An old style pub in the heart of Havant.Outdoor seating area, 2 televisions and a fireplace inside.Extremely lovely helpful welcoming staff.Delicious Roasts served on a Sunday from 12pm till 2pm, would recommend booking in advance.
