Phone to order the trio tasty deal which is£19.99 to be told the total bill is £45 I said but the deal is £19.99 the woman over the phone was so rude as if I was in the wrong and said sorry do you want me to repeat the total or something she then realised she had got the price wrong - she the proceeds with attitude to tell me they no longer deliver to our address after half an hour on the phone and was told to come and collect it if we want the order ! Never had such appalling telephone etiquette and customer service - they don’t deserve the business at all

Nothing like a warm tasty pizza to treat yourself to. Whenever I feel like a treat dominos is always my go to, I have struggled to use the app as I am not the best with technology so have resulted to ringing up the store. Almost every time I call the phone is picked up by a delightful young lady who ensures that I have the best offer available and treats me like a human being not just a customer. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with my order the cashier always ensures that I am fully satisfied and the issue is resolved. A few times I have had my wife pick up the order in store and she has been treated with a smiling friendly face. The little things go alone way! The customer service at domino’s is like no other fast food place and the pizzas are delicious. I will be ordering many more times!

Phoned up.Computer said "it was delivered" Argued with manager, told refund would be issue.Ordered from Roccos - Got Pizza "YAY"Complained to head office, got no reply after several emails.Waited a long time, no refund from them.Issued a charge back via bank. Won't ever be using them again.

Never Ordering from here again !!! Worse dominos I've ever ordered From. Multiple times now they send the wrong food, burnt pizza or pizza with minimal toppings even when adding toppings. 3 times now we have ordered Cinnamon Dippers and every time no Cinnamon powder just warm dough !!! Shocking. Absolutely shocking as I have had these when traveling for work at 10+ other dominoes and they come covered in Cinnamon sugar. This dominos is run by idiots.

they’re service is terrible!! delivered half my order then lost the other half had to wait an hour and a half for my full order for it to still be missing my drink aswell, i get they’re busy but it’s not good enough, i paid £55 for my family to have dinner for them to not be eating until 11:30 in the evening!

The quality of the pizza was nice but for the price of £37 I got 1 hours worth of waiting and a near cold pizza I appreciate it has been cold lately but still.
I had my son’s party and Danny (manager) ensured that our order was ready and hot for collection. Unlike, the branch in Lyndhurst who said they could not guarantee that our order would be ready in time! If you have an event around this area, I would definitely recommend this branch.

Waited over a hour for a delivery that was ordered over the phone and told would be 45mins , when called to chase the order was told it hadn't been put on the system ?♂️ and that what I have paid didn't add up to the amount it should have been. Clearly more training is needed .

Dominos Hythe not open for several hours so fridge could be fixed. How that affects the ability to cook and deliver a pizza, I dont know. Today "No delivery today as not enough delivery slash drivers"

When i ordered my pizzas, it said anywhere between 20-30 minutes which is the normal wait. i was absolutely fine with this. but for it to then turn up after nearly an hour, and no apologies made by the driver… honestly, pointless going there at this point. they’ve burned my food, my drinks are beyond warm at this point. Any other branch i’ve been to has been absolutely fine, but this one… no.
