So visited this Shell which is located on the A3 Southbound near to Liphook on a Thursday morning. It’s not my first visit to this petrol station have been here any times over the years. The petrol station is well equipped and stocked. Early morning the croissants where hot and freshly made, and the sausage rolls and other food items had also just been prepared. The staff seemed friendly enough and the prices where a little bit expensive which is to be expected from a shell in a premium location. The only little gripe was that the toilets could have been cleaner they where not the cleanest. The fuel price is also not the cheapest here but again it’s probably due to the location being right on the A3 and in a prime area. Overall a great experience here and would recommend it.

COST ME EXTRA £60 IN \\\"ADMIN FEES\\\" AFTER __THEY__ FAILED TO CHARGE ME CORRECTLY FOR FUEL !\\n\\nTHEY PASSED DETAILS TO A COLLECTION AGENCY (DIDN'T GET IN TOUCH THEMSELVES) WHO ADDED FEES AND THREATENED TO PROSECUTE IF NOT PAID.\\n\\nTHEY EVEN HAD PICTURES SHOWING ME AT THE COUNTER PAYING - BUT STILL CHOSE TO PUT CUSTOMERS BEHIND PROFITS !!!\\n\\nAFTER \\\"REACHING OUT\\\" TO SHELL CORPORATE THEY TOOK AGES TO RESPOND - THEN SAID IT WAS DOWN TO THE GARAGE - UTTERLY USELESS !

I had problems with my fuel card here. It was an Esso card not Shell but I asked the lady at the till beforehand whether or not it was accepted. She said it was. However her card reader wouldn't take it? The manager (a female with tattoos on her wrists) came out to resolve the issue. Man she had a serious attitude problem. Unpleasant to say the least

Has fuel and Staff are friendly. Toilets were reasonably clean. Unusually no baby change, and you would expect this to be available given a little Waitrose etc attached.

Tills had crashed and they didn't seem at all fussed about getting the place open for business. Had to run on fumes to next petrol station 8 miles away due to their tills not being able to authorise pumps. Seemed very odd.

Stopped by for petrol on Wednesday 11:15pm. Was hoping to borrow the toilet but was told the toilet is closed and so does the shop too. I asked again and pointed to the signage board (24 hours open), he shakes his head and say NO with an attitude. Ridiculously if you need anything, he’s able to grab it for you at the window. So how come customers are not allowed to go in? I would not bother to stop by Never Again!!!

The 24-hour store that isn't open 24-hours.... can cost you upwards a £14 for 2 a sandwiches and a drink. Petrol isn't cheap either.\\n\\nAlso they should consider picking the litter up outside on the forecourt oh and their toilets don't get me started.\\n\\nAvoid this place

Good service from the people running the store, but please litter pick the verges and 20 meters or so from the shop area. It is not good at all to see all the litter and overflowing bins near this service station. Appreciate that much of this will have been generated by the lorries perhaps, but it would not take much to regularly litterpick this area.

It’s not a proper services as such because you cannot purchase anything other than fuel at night or even access the toilets. Staff member is usually a scruffy man who is likely the rudest man who you will ever meet. He must’ve been on holiday when they held the customer service skills course.
