What a great find. I've just returned from a couple days with my wife in the surrounding area and we came across The Tea Barn when visiting the neighbouring farm shop. We visited for breakfast which was great (highly recommend the French Toast), and ended up taking away lunch and dessert. I enjoy my coffee. I must say the Flat White I was served with breakfast was spot on. When we're back in the area we will definitely return.

Lovely afternoon tea, attentive service, and good options for a gluten free version of the festive tea. Would definitely recommend and will be revisiting.

We had afternoon tea for 4 adults and 2 children and it was delightful. Food was excellent and I particularly like the way the children's version was done with some smaller appropriate bites but enough to make them feel like it was a real treat. Would recommend the Russian Caravan tea and the biscoff cupcakes were delicious! We will be back.

A 2/3km walk from rogate along a lovely cross country public walking path. After a slightly muddy slip and slide walk, being greeted by the friendliest of staff and warming food, it was the perfect treat.

Had a fantastic afternoon tea with my family. Everything was exceptional as always - friendly, attentive staff and delicious cakes and sandwiches.
Wonderful tearoom who exceeded our expectations with not just the late booking for a family visit of 11 but also with a slight time slot change due to the weather which affected our other morning plans. Excellent staff and customer service and whilst a slightly limited brunch menu, it fully satisfied everyone's needs !! Totally recommended

Hi, Just wanted to say a big thank you for the delicious home made afternoon tea. Served with thought and care, with a nice cake box to take home the left overs! Absolutely the sweetest of tea rooms, whether it be a lite bite or a tasty afternoon tea. Cannot fault them. Thanks to the team x

A lovely place for some tea and cake. They also serve lunch. The garden has fantastic views with a very fun play area that my daughter enjoys thoroughly.

A great spot, great food cooked freshly-often busy- but the staff will advise if there is a wait. Virtually a day out these days with this great cafe and the other craft/antique/farm shop barns on siteParking: Plenty of parking
