My work day on a Saturday was only made bearable by the incredible lasses (Georgie and Cath) here making a banging festive toastie and cookie and cream frappe, been to a lot of Starbies over the years this was the best, even better than the Milan reserve. Wasted to have this staff servicing the uk’s 78th largest

Stopped for a coffee. Drive thru seems to get priority. One girl doing both, the other prancing around with a clipboard. No acknowledgement of our existence for over 5 mins.

Just stopped in this starbucks and is very clean , nice coffee as usual, and the ladies were very nice to my wife who wanted to try the pumpkin spice latte.
Wat een over het paard getilde organinsatie is dat. Scandalig duur. Personeel is totaal niet geintereseerd. De koffie is zeker niet beter dan uit een andere willekeurige machine. De hygiëne is ver te zoeken. Mijn beleving is eenmaal en nooooit weer.

Well, it's a Starbucks, but the young lady barista was friendly, very helpful and welcoming, so 5 stars for her excellent customer service. She made this old thing vert happy!

Horrible customer service. The worst I have ever encountered in a Starbucks. Girl with mouth piercing picked up my mums drink order, a double espresso with some hot milk. Otherwise known as an espresso macchiato, and said loudly, "who orders an espresso with milk" then muttered a comment to her colleague before laughing. Right in front of me and 3/4 other customers. Absolutely disgraceful.
