Lovely friendly and delicious food. I'm coeliac and always well catered for. The milkshakes are delicious and you will never see such an extensive choice. The owners and severs are extremely helpful and the foods delicious. They have some resident cats that they have taken in and some chickens, ducks they have adopted. You don't have to fish to visit. Great meeting spot. In the summer it's great for children, with lots of space to play and seating outside. Always a popular fishing lake too. Highly reccomend.Dietary restrictions: I'm coeliac, so gluten free, plenty of options.Parking: There's parking just before the bridge, if you are dusabled or fishing you can park by the clubhouse, you can either phone or beep your horn to have the barrier raised.Kid-friendliness: Lots of outdoor space, cats, wildlife toys out in summer.Wheelchair accessibility: There's parking just outside the clubhouse and a ramp to access.

Found this little gem - and didn't expect to find this view on my way out of Totton! Small fishing lodge cafe sitting amidst 3 lakes and beautiful views. Service staff were lovely and attentive; happy to chat but not disturbing at all. Wide variety of milkshakes to choose from, after a lovely Full English Breakfast. Will definitely come back.Parking: A little walk away but private and safe.Kid-friendliness: Relaxed atmosphere. Seems pets welcome as there was a cat wandering around. Nice place to bring the kids especially if you want to go fishing too. Call ahead to fish as I don't know if you need to book or be a member etc.

Meet here once a month with a couple of fellow Masons for a catch-up and brekkie. The catch-up is always good, the brekkie....better!!!??

Loved it here. Staff extremely friendly. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic. My Grandson so enjoyed his food he ate every morsel. He was amazed at his milk shake and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Great cafe with lake views and friendly cats. Lovely staff.

It would be a really cosy and relaxing place if it wasn't right by the busy motorway. All you can hear is traffic noise. If it wasn't so noisy it would be a perfect spot for quick lunch and drink overlooking the lake.

Great place to grab some lunch, and if you love milk shakes they have a massive choose to choose from and even some adult only ones

We visited as a family on recommendation to try out there milkshakes. We were not disappointed, the combination of selections available means you could visit every day for a year and not have the same milkshake. Other food and drinks are available but we didn't try on this visit.

Always a pleasant atmosphere and a great breakfast, made to feel welcome every time we visit. There’s seating outside overlooking the lake and some shade provided by some triangular sails.Parking: A little bumpy to get to down a gravel road but plenty of free parking.

A little cafe to serve the needs of hungry fishermen mostly. Very reasonable prices on a great range of foods.
