I had a short stay here whilst attending a course in Southampton. The room I had was spacious and clean with everything I needed for a short stay. As you would expect the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the mornings was very nice. There's no bar here but there's a TGI Fridays beside the hotel.

Fantastic staff. Clean. There are no fridges in the rooms I needed to keep my son's hormone injection cold. I cleaned the case, bagged it up in a sealed bag labelled it and they kept it until I needed it in their breakfast drinks fridge.Lovely and quiet place to stay plenty of parking even with tgi Friday's in the same car park.Rooms: Clean and well equipped for my stay but if I needed anything extra I just went to the desk and they where happy to supply it.Food & drinks: Breakfast was lovely with a very wide variety of items to choose from but me and my son had a full english Breakfast which we picked ourselves with fresh drinks or hot drinks also available. On a night time there is a vending machine with drinks crisps and bars of chocolate and a shelf behind the reception desk from a cancer charity with some items to purchase that requires cash in the donation tub but ranged from £1 to £3From kids stickers, drawing pads and toys to teeth cleaning kits or sowing kits and I think a person rain cover.

After travelling 6 1/2 hours up from Bordeaux and taking the afternoon Brittany Ferry from Caen to Portsmouth this is an acceptable Premier Inn even though others nearer are available but we never can get booked with them. Arriving late, there is still staff who will spring out at 10am to book you in and the room is still as you would expect from Premier Inn (even though the Shower attachments are getting tired and fall away). After an amazing night's sleep on the old Premier Inn bed (not Silentnight newcomer) and super service at breakfast (even with a gluten and dairy free wife to cater for) we were ready for our trip home to the north west of the UK

Business trip. My usual hotel was booked up. Typical Premier Inn. £130 the company paid seems a lot. To be fair the bed was comfy. Wifi didn't seem to work and the room smelt damp. No bar or restaurant so went in search of food. I was only there for 12 hours so I wasn't too bothered. 3 star review. It was alright. Note for hotel, when I left I noticed 2 empty beer bottles in the car park, probably best to remove these.

I stay here frequently to see friends living locally so far so good staff have always helped with requests the rooms are all the same at all premier inn’s comfortable enough bathroom/toilet 1 double bed or double with 1 or 2 singles depending what you book personally I think for a family of 4 the room is a little small 2 adults alone room is fine my issues with premier inn are it’s prices Sunday would be £57 but Monday can be £99 or higher and quite simply you don’t get anything more for the extra money so why such a massive increase in cost I understand if something is going on locally but not when nothing special is happening I can no longer afford to stay on a Saturday because it’s so expensive come on premier inn your not Claridge’s your a budget hotel act like one

I love Premier Inn I Have Been Staying With Them Many Years and thought i always would i have several bookings in the Pipe Line But Today Premier Inn’s Dropped off a Cliff for Me Do Not Stay in room 1 at this Hotel as The Smoking Area is right outside the window so the room fills with other customers second hand cigarette smoke i’m not a smoker and conversation and laughter being woke at 1am Saturday night to a smoke filled room and a couple in heavy loud conversation was so Joyous Not !!! Today i attempted to put the Money Back Good Night’s Sleep Guarantee To Use only the second time in 2 Decades i’ve used this option Ha Ha Ha it’s full of small print to catch you out and trip you up at every turn so my Money is Safe and we’ll still in Premier Inn’s Bank Account Bravo To Them Cobblers ?

Stayed two nights in August. Pleasant room, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Whilst the hotel itself doesn’t offer evening meals, it is located close enough to plenty of Restaurants in Fareham an Whiteley to not be an issue. For instance TGI Fridays is next door. It doesn’t have air conditioning but room does have a fan and adjustable heating. The M25 is not far away from the hotel and it is well positioned for multiple places so good for business or pleasure trips. Staff were friendly.

Staff, cleanliness and food were great, but it needs a bit of TLC with painting, fixtures and fittings. There is no lift which was not good for our party. The Postcode does not get you to the hotel, it takes you to a cul-de-sac, apparently the hotel are aware of this but the company does nothing to help them!

Not bad for a budget hotel. Rooms basic, no air conditioning , bathroom dity and we had to clean so we could use. Restaurant serve a good breakfast though.

We went here for breakfast with the children. I have to say as buffets go this was really well organised, fresh and plentiful. The kids had a feast with all the cereals and pastries and the cooked breakfast was really tasty too. With kids eat free it is amazing value for money. The staff were so friendly and when they realised I had left my kids iPads behind they came running after me. Really impressed.

My friend & I had a 4 night stay here recently, we left absolutely covered in bites. There was black mould in the bathroom. On our first night I had to spray the bed with perfume because it smelled horrible- I won't describe the smell for the sake of keeping things PG but I can say that the bed definitely wasn't clean. We could literally feel ourselves being bitten & were itching nonstop. The bathroom tap would shoot/spray water all over the bathroom when turned on, the toilet ring had yellow/green/brown stains or marks or whatever that was (I don't want to know). There were multiple cobwebs & spiders both in the bathroom & bedroom too. The hallways smelled of musty chemicals, we even saw a disposable vape balanced on a fire extinguisher. The aircon in our bedroom didn't work but we did have a fan so at least we had some sort of airflow, along with the singular window.

Two nights here while attending a family celebration. Room was comfy but lacked charging sockets, a loo brush and a bedside table with a 3-pin plug! First floor room was also a long walk from reception and there's no lift so advisable to book a ground floor room if walking's an issue. Staff were excellent as was the breakfast on both days. Overall this was a pleasant experience.

Pleasantly surprised at the good standards here. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms and nice soaps provided, TVs work which is a bonus ? TGI Fridays just across the parking lot or a small onsite restaurant available. The only negative thing was being the height of summer the room did get a bit warm and there isn't air-conditioning, but I wouldn't expect much else for the good price.

Okay. In my view does not quite meet the Premier Inn standard.Outside was overgrown and untidy. See images of overflowing bins outside the main entrance. No yoghurt for breakfast at 7am and no alternatives offered by the staff.TGI Friday opposite. Avoid rooms 105, 106, 107 as these face the restaurant entrance. Visitors come and go until around 11pm.The rooms are not air conditioned. A fan was provided. Room difficult to cool as with a single window with a restrictor and closed doors, there is no airflow through the building.Cigarette bin is on wall nearest the entrance to the hotel, so smokers congregate near corner of building under room 107 at all hours.I was told at check in that the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. The staff were pleasant and welcoming but hampered by lack of resources?Bed was comfortable and as you’d expect.Desk lamp switch was damaged, but not repaired or replaced meaning that this was an electrical hazard.White paint had been left on inside of bathroom door and tiles, suggesting it was hurriedly applied to the bathroom ceiling moments before.
