Had our staff Christmas party here and the staff were amazing, big shout out to Tilly our server, she did an amazing job looking after us!

If you like average food at exaggerated prices, then this is the place for you. We came here last year to celebrate my mother's birthday and they put some balloons on the table and brought a little cake and the staff sang happy birthday and stuff. This year, the prices were at least 30% more expensive, charging a whooping £3 to swap normal chips to sweet potato ones, and £9 for desert. And not even a "Happy Birthday " from the staff. I was not impressed. Needless to say I will not be going there again.

**EDIT** I have reached out already to the site and also responded to the survey you sent me and not heard anything back!We went for my son's 14th Birthday meal tonight and it was really really poor. The food was substandard even for the low expectations we had. The service was slow and the staff bar one were rude and disinterested. They had no Coke, Fanta or Oreos... how does that even happen at 6.45pm on a quiet Tuesday?!? The food on arrival was very hit or miss. The chicken fajitas had a 'salsa' that would have blown anyone's head off... obviously a strong chilli was used or something as was literally inedible and this is from people whom like heat! When we asked if it was OK or raised any concerns we were just told bluntly "that's how it is" not interested and not bothered. A far cry from the customer experience I remembered from the good old TGI's where customer service was key and the staff made the visit worthwile. These staff made the visit only worse. When we were asked again how things were at the end we again were met with disinterest and told thats how it is... why bother asking if your not interested in the answer! We asked to speak to the manager... after an excessive wait Georgia arrived and it was clear to see where her staff have learnt their lack of skills from...Argumentative and condescending trying to explain to us what salsa was and how the 'head chef' had been spoken to and they had all tried it in the kitchen and it was fine. There was no apology, little care and no offer of anything but an argument. Oh and when we came to pay, the card machine would not accept any apple or Google pay options, only real cards... trip to the car luckily to get the wallet. What would they have done if you only had your phone like must people do now?Save yourself the upset as it was a ruined Birthday meal which caused alot of upset, we didn't even get to sing Happy Birthday as we all just wanted to leave!

Cheap rush around service at mega overpriced menu. Came out disappointed at choice, and that being reduced, and I think inflated just because of festive season.Good concept way overpriced and under servicedParking: Only a few disabled

The Service feom the staff was good, although there were very few staff. THE ATMOSPHERE was very bland, not many dining. The food was the worst we have at a TGI Friday's venue and certainly would not return. The food was dry and tasteless. The food was obviously prepared definitely not fresh . The cheese was so dry it was lime cardboard. The pot of baked beans was so dry that could not be eaten, the loaded skins were so dry and cold. This was a birthday meal and we were all very disappointed. Would not recommend any more that is for sure.Kid-friendliness: Friendly towards children

Me and my family dinned here at on the 17th October 2023 to celebrate my 17th Birthday. I wanted to write a review regarding the exquisite experience. The food here was absolutley delicious (I ordered some double wopa burger and it was very tatsy with onion rings as a side. We decided to not have a starter and to have a main course and a desert if we fancied later on). The food was presented beautifuuly on the plate with the burger delicately stacked and set next to a substantial cup of chips. It also came with a T.G.I Fridays home made jack danials sauce. It was like dipping the fries into a small pot of paradise for the mouth and gave an excelent finish to the meal. The onion rings were impressively huge and were lovely also. We had brought a Bday cake with us and so we decided not to have a dessert which the staff were absolutely fine with.As a waiter and Barman myself I understand the stress, struggles and effort people put in to make sure that the customers were satasfied. Our waitress was very nice and welcoming who was called vicky (I think thats how it was spelt). She gave us regular check backs to ensure we were happy with the food and if we needed anything. After ordering drinks she had brought them over to the table rapidly and proffesionaly. (We each had non-alcoholic cocktalis). After the meal she brought out my Bday cake out of its box and on its stand. Candles were put ontop and lit. She requested that I stand up and made an announcement to other customers at the restaurant to wish me a happy Bday. It was great to see how much emthusiasm and effort Vicky had put into making our evening out as best as it could be and succeedd very well. Because of her outstanding extent of effort we decided to offer her a slice of the cake to have with a tea or something later on. She was very greatful and deserved it.We wanted to have a coffee each to round off the lovely evening but the coffee machine was broken :( Out of Vicky's kindness, she gave us free Nescafe coffee in a cup fro free :)We left the restaurant with satafaction and made our day. Thanks a lot and will be most deffinitely be visiting again ;)

Haven't been to TGI'S for years, I'll be totally honest it felt like the good old days again! It was a Monday, the restaurant was busy and a great atmosphere all round. But the food was superb, again like the glory days of this golden favourite, but most of all the service was exceptional! Our waitress was really, really welcoming and looked after us all night.I will definitely be coming back soon. Can't beat nostalgia when it's this good.Parking: Lots of spacesKid-friendliness: Super friendly for kids

Located around the small retail park in Segensworth and next to the Premier Inn. There is plenty of parking available, even with the hotel next door. The outer area has seating and their is a slope for those who need it, as well as a short level of steps to take. The inner lobby area was clean and we were greeted and shown to our table. We weren't given a choice, considering there was plenty of seating available - we would have chosen a different area near the window. The team were attentive to our needs and requests. The order was very slow to arrive and this had been noted by our waiter who apologised consistently. Food was very good. The restaurant was steady with trade and there was a good vibe.

Went for a afternoon meal with my wife, what a mistake going here! Sat down and started to look at the menu, firstly the prices were on average double of every other restaurant in the area. And after a while looking the waiter brought over a badly hand written list of everything that was "Off of the menu". It didn't leave much to choose from. Mostly vegetarian options and a few normal options. So we decided to leave. And go to another restaurant ( the fisherman's rest) where we had probably better food and definitely better service. Will not be coming here again.

Arrived and greeted by very friendly staff, taken straight to my table and placed a drink order. Then waited forever for the drinks, during which time I ordered my food, from the exceptionally reduced menu, resulting in what I can only call an overpriced McDonalds with “beef sauce” tasting like a watered down stock,Drinks arrived (eventually) with lots of apologies, but over all not worth the money.

The restaurant is perfect for you if you like sticky wooden tables, overpriced inedible food and drinks and tardy service.

On a business trip and the restaurant was next door to the hotel. Never been to a TGI Fridays before and won't be returning. The food was amazingly expensive (even though It's not me paying) and really boring. My loaded fries were just fries with a cheese sauce on and a sprinkling of bacon bits (nothing like the picture in the menu), for a grand fee of an extra £2.75. For £30, I expect a proper quality meal. Really lazy unimaginative food. Service was also pretty slow and there were only about 10 people in. Wish I'd driven to Wagamama's now, cheaper, healthier, varied and fresher.
