They do offer bacon and sausage baps in addition to great continental breakfast.Accommodation is very good. Will recommend you to stay it's well worth it!!Rooms: Excellent clean 30 minutes to station. We'll be back next time we visit Portsmouth.

B&B hotel with 6 elegant rooms but still somewhat small, at least mine, it is still comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to all my requests and I was comfortable in my stay.Rooms: Wooden, with individual wifi, bathroom, comfortable bed.

Stayed last night for remembrance day. Location -Excellent 10 min walk to southsea memorial. Staff - excellent, Sonny gave a warm and friendly greeting and helped find my husband safe parking for his motorcycle. Breakfast was served by a cheery young lady.The Room ? I'll never book anything with the word boutique in the description again !! Yes clean and well equipped but several switches seemed to have no purpose, one bedside light didn't work and if you pulled the bathroom door hard enough to close you had to shoulder it open again........On a serious note both bedside Shelves had corners that could take your eye out if you rolled the wrong way ?? it was like staying in a caravan.....Sorry, my review is harsh but true ?

Everything about Becketts is lovely. Beautiful building, tastefully decorated throughout. Log burner made a great first impression. Friendly staff, lovely room, yummy breakfast and easy access to building and bedroom via key pad. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful panelled room with bay window overlooking the front. Lovely en-suite wet room and also tea and coffee making facilities with added biscuits too.
The best place I’ve ever stayed. The location is excellent. 10 minutes by bus and you’re in the centre, the same with the beaches area. The rooms are small, but well designed, the food is delicious and the staff is so kind and attentive!

I don't understand the reason why the restaurant is going to close. If the new menu is not appreciated then it has to be changed to receive and welcome customers It's sad

It's a shame Becketts is closing down. The roast dinner was spectacular the best I have ever tasted. The fish bites were lovely ( although chilli dip was flippin too hot for me) I worked in the original Becketts such a loss this closing down. Highly recommend if you can get a table before it closes nxt weekend
