I have a small appetite, so I ordered a child's burger meal. This is the first time I have been disappointed with my Burger King meal. The Burger was well over cooked around the edges, and the rest of it was over cooked, hence it was very, very chewy. How a small child would have managed I don't know.

I am appalled with the level of service I have just received. I can’t believe this gentleman calls himself a manager. He’s name is Matt. Walked up to the tills and there was no greeting but we were spoken to rudely.Took his time to take our order and was very rude when speaking and taking our order. He was busy speaking to colleagues about what he is getting up to on the weekend. I am very appalled with the level of service provided and will never come to this Burger King again.

Went into use disabled toilet and it was so dirty but floor was wet through ..it looked like someone had a wash in there sink or they had a leak , told manager/supervisor said he would have alook . They whole time we was in there eating no one looked at it even cleaned. Had someone slipped .

Burger King in Commercial Road Portsmouth offers its usual menu with a good selection to choose from. It is very clean and had relaxing music playing whilst we visited. L Efficient service was received when we placed our order. The food was reasonable. There are not many seats downstairs but there is lots of seating upstairs Toilets very clean. 4

I ate a burger it was good. The crew helped feed my 13 sons with good burgers and made them all very happy. Now my 13 sons are happy.
I’m currently visiting from wales and decided burger king would be nice for lunch after Christmas shopping but came back with food poisoning from undercooked bacon in my chicken royale burger. If i could rate this a 0 I would. Do not order bacon from here and avoid this burger king unless you want to suffer like

APPALLING. Ordered through the app so we could use our points. App has no option to add sauces. So called up to ask if we can pay on the phone or maybe give us a couple of free sauces for the inconvenience and got nothing but attitude and completely nonsense, made absolutely no sense what he was saying. Completely argumentative, this is your issue and you did not need to escalate it the way you did, also refused to give us his name. Do better, you guys clearly have no idea what you’re all doing there.

Ordered from Uber food arrived cold and inedible the delivery guy delivered on a bike making a few orders before delivering our food. The food arrived cold waste of money and no response or refund appalling behaviour avoid like the plague

Horrible meal , Horrible place , no wonder Wendy's a few door away was packed , Burger King need to get a grip and stop employing people who have no interest in working and happy to stand around chatting and laughing
