Food was ok but the service was very poor. 2 out of the 3 dispensing drink machines were completely out, and the remaining drink dispenser only had full fat regular Coke, with no flavours. When I pointed this out to the staff they just walked away and shrugged. I asked for something else and they provided me with 250ml Capri Sun (Only had black current) which is a child's drink, with paper straw to drink with. Surely they should have been aware and should have informed the customers of the issues prior to completing the purchase or at the very minimum a sign to that effect would have done. I will not be going back there again.

Went here with my family the place was a mess rubbish all inside and outside. Didn’t even have any cold drinks so had to order a coffee on a hot day. Staff should be wearing gloves as they handle your food I didn’t eat my food as there was a hair in my mc chicken sandwich will never go here again.

Service was ok , but food was really poor. It would not let us do meal deal (you have to book on the screen ) as it kept saying not available so it cost £22.00 for x2 really soggy chicken burgers with half a lettuce leaf and cold chips which tasted as if the had been heated over and over .

worst fast food outlet i have experienced - place was disgusting, staff rude, food cold and poorly prepared. salad was old and hardly anything in the sandwiches. no fizzy drinks or ice cream. Company should be ashamed of themselves.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at Burger King, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. The male member of staff kept addressing me as "love" in a slimy tone like some throwback to the 1970s - just ugh! I was handed the burger I had ordered and took it away. The burger was utterly rancid: Firstly it was cold. The bread roll was rock hard around the edges, stale, and inedible. The cheese slice was rock hard around the edges and was inedible. The burger was so cold the middle of the cheese slice hadn't melted. The bacon consisted of a single tiny rasher which was cold and congealed in lumps of fat. It had obviously been sat around for some time before being served - it certainly had NOT been made fresh and the state of it made me wonder if it had been made several days ago. As I really didn't want a second encounter with the slimy sexist male I threw it in the nearest bin - it was disgusting and unfit for human consumption. This place should come with a health hazard warning !

Very good service for this branch. Located in a busy shopping centre it’s pretty much the only place to get a quick bite to eat. Always clean and service is good!

Ordered twice on the shop screen, very slow and both showed failed, checked my bank account the next day it took my money. Emailed Burger King online, was told I have to go back to the shop to find out what happened and I have to carry my receipt (I live far away, and I didn't get a receipt as it showed failed in screen).\\nI was offered a free burger coupon if I download their APP, but no thanks, just had enough.\\nDisgusting experience.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, large fries and a medium Sprite Zero. Food was lukewarm, burger and fries tasted okay. But Sprite tasted disgusting, no lids for the drinks, was flat, warm and left an unsettling feeling in my stomach, ice had melted by the time I sat down and this is autumn! Staff service was okay, atmosphere very low, tables dirty and not wiped down when there was hardly any customers. I used to enjoy Burger King and preferred them to McDonald's, but that has changed, won't be going to any Burger King in the near future.

Unimpressed to say the least.\\nOrdered a double melt and got a cheap thin looking burger with labelled bacon cheese burger. Having waited 10 minutes couldnt face going back and probably was the melt with sane packaging used.\\nLOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT. Best way to describe it is a double maccie D's hamburger with a small bit of cheese sauce sprayed in it.\\n\\nI ordered large fries which compared to the kids meal were the same size....\\n\\nOnion rings were nice. I liked the chilli cheese bites although not very chilli hot more of a green pepper taste.\\n\\nPartner liked her veggie royal. And the chilli cheese bites (not many of those as I ate them to compensate the lack if burger)\\n\\nWhilst waiting a chap asked for chicken bites to be told they dont do them. He asked again for something like chicken bites to be told they do chilli cheese bites. He ended up buying a burger. Not sure if this was more expensive than the chicken nuggets he clearly wanted but was elderly and couldnt pre order on machines.\\n\\nWhether the intent was to take more money from the elderly gentleman or just clueless. I suspect the latter given my order.\\n\\nJust over 20 pounds and free top up on the come machine. Rude and inattentive staff on hand, horrible food and slow service overall. Would recommend going somewhere else. MCDONALDS QUALITY, FOOD AND THEIR ONLINE APP IS SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER THAN BK. IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION BETWEEN THE TWO GO TO MCDONALDS.

Went to this store today with a friend and her kid. The food was lovely and the service was very quick. Haven't been here in years as always came here as a child myself!. I will definitely be returning again soon.
