Really poor 1* the food turned up stone cold . Chips were triple dipped & i also ordered a large donnar kebab which had very little meat & was also very cold. I Used copnor grill a couple weeks ago which wasn’t great but i thought it would be a one off, as i know they are busy on weekends. Just Really frustrating because i’ve used these before but really was poor the last couple of visits.I called the shop and then got handed over to a manager who explained how busy they Was & that they have made 150 deliveries tonight. I said i get that.. And that’s why i didn’t moan about the Long wait. I then asked for a refund. Which was declined but offered free food which i’m anxious to order in the future as had poor experiences. ??

Second delivery from here because flavour was lovely but after 1hr 30mins and 2 phone calls later the food arrived cold.....not a great experience.

Only been using Copnor Grill for about a year . 100% really good cooked food always hot on delivery can’t fault at all ! Highly recommend the chicken doner brilliantly seasoned !! Nice one guys ?
