We ordered delivery on Sunday morning. After reading the negative reviews I was a bit worried. However the food arrived freshly cooked and very fast. And exactly what we ordered. Thank you, we're very pleased.

Every time I order my pizza it's constantly wrong! I only ask for hot dogs burger sauce and gherkins? But can they get that right? No it's not rocket science!! Tonight spent more money because they got it wrong twice!(which they replaced) In the end I ordered another one and my husband has gone to collect it. All we wanted was a chilled Friday evening with a dominoes and tv but its turned into a stressful late night! And now I can't be bothered to even eat my new pizza when my husband returns with it.I wouldnt mind if it was just the one time but its EVERYTIME!! HOTDOGS GHERKINS AND BURGER SAUCE !!! EASY!!!

Place has been getting worse lately. The menu selection is much more limited compared to other dominos in Portsmouth area also.Now the pizza is so bad I may as well eat the box Instead, if it actually arrives without being forgotten to be delivered!?Food has been arriving either lukewarm or scalding with no taste with no real consistency for the entire year.Worst dominos in the area. Will not order from here again.

Rubbish not as advertised the program on TV specifically stated that if the pizza had bubbles bigger than a golf ball that it was not up to standard and would remake that orderMy pizza had bubbles all round it and in all adverts it showed a drissile all across it mine had none so who carried out the quality check and signed it off as good to go this just goes to show that is the wonderful word s that the documentary kept on about was it just for the cameras and not the real worldExtremely disappointed in there very poor effort have made comments in the review that I was asked to complete but I can only assume that its just like all the others it's there please complete but nothing ever happensWhat's the point of ever completing the comments as it doesn't get anything sorted nothing happeneds and we just get a very expensive takeaway that's rubbish if this is your standard then it's pretty poorDomino's london rd Portsmouth

Shocking ! Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides with extra sauces … Driver turned up with pizzas and nothing else so he decided to blame his manager for it.. After we called the shop they told us that they’re sending us new order as the pizzas we received were cold and we wanted rest of our food as well ( we didn’t touch the pizzas waiting for the driver with our fresh food to be delivered so he can take it back ) Driver turns up again 20 min later with the sides that were super cold and most likely from the first time he arrived… So we called the shop again the man on the phone reassured us that our order is being made and will be out for delivery very soon ( giving up with this place now ) ?? After waiting nearly 1h 45 min for this order we called again to speak with the manager who was super rude and didn’t seems to care after asking him about where our food was his response was that is in the oven and getting ready to be made like wtf ? .. so we asked him should we be on top of the order as this was your shops fault ? To which he responded I give you refund but no food ??♀️? We took the refund and now we have to find else we’re to order dinner from ! Thanks so much we will definitely not order from this place again and the manager should get better training! This was today order 090 orders at 19:02 never delivered and the time is 20:51 … ??
