The worst Gregg's I've ever been too, I've been here a few times recently and they had some of the coldest food from any Gregg's I have had, I had a sausage roll recently and it was so old and cold that I have been put of their sausage rolls entirelyEverytime I go in there they don't have cookies and they claim they aren't getting delivery when every other Gregg's in the area doesn't have that problem.The shop seems messier then the rest andNone of the staff seem like that want to work there or care about their shop or customers.

Had run out of sausage rolls. I had to wait 10 mins for more to be cooked. Worth the wait though.

They didn’t listen to our complete order, so we waited twenty minutes for food. They thought we didn’t order, and when we asked, they said they hadn’t put it through. They insisted we paid for the rest (which would have been more than the original order); staff then started to get rude and aggressive towards us and just told us to have it anyway and leave so they could carry on serving customers. Appalling.

Literally the best staff in this place. Except the red haired older lady. She is very rude and seems to be on a power trip especially when the scamdemic is involved. Good selection of fresh baked all day and toppedOff with smiles from the staff.
