Small but great customer service. Unfortunately the tea leafs and beggers raid this shop often and their stock can be limited. Cold drinks and rolls are the favourites to be stolen. Great staff and always welcoming. Don't be put off by the lack of products.

An unforgettable nightmare shopping memory, with terrible service, lack of communication, and an inability to resolve issues. It's unclear whether she had any training.Today about 12:30pm, I bought three pizzas for the children. One of them clearly had a cooking issue, with the pizza crust as hard as a rock. When I inquired about exchanging it because a 2-year-old cannot eat something that hard, a female staff member rudely said they're all the same. She even took a new pizza for comparison, which turned out to be very soft. Perhaps she acknowledged the problem but didn't want to apologize.She forcefully threw the problematic food against the wall, a scene audible and astonishing to all customers inside the store. She frightened my children as well. It's unimaginable how a well-known brand like Greggs trains such employees. A thoroughly disappointing shopping experience.???

Ordered a delivery from here. An hour and half later it hasn't turned up. Called and asked where is was, apparently it had been delivered but yet no knock on the door or food! This is the second time I've had problems with delivery form here. Think it's time to re-think your delivery staff as it's letting you down. I'm not optimistic it's going to turn up at all.
