Advertising on the TV in the shop hot sandwiches, wedges and chicken, hot bake and coffee all as specials. 11.45 on Sunday morning. None, NONE!.Manager says they will be ready soon.No sign at all.False promotion, staff don't care bad service.They go from bad to worse.Shame on you Greggs.?

I recently visited Greggs sandwich bar and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The lady manager was incredibly rude and abrupt when I simply asked if there were any napkins available. It was shocking to see such poor customer service from a big company like Greggs.To make matters worse, the fact that they didn't have any napkins available was shameful. How can a sandwich bar not have basic necessities like napkins? It's unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail and care for their customers.I used to spend a few pounds at this shop for my lunch, but after this experience, I will never be returning. The negative attitude of the manager and the lack of basic supplies has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my visit to Greggs sandwich bar.
This particular Greggs is situated perfectly in the Palmerston precinct.Serving a good choice of jot pastries, sandwiches, baguettes and a great choice of sweet pastries. Also serves tea and coffee. Service is friendly and courteous. Suggest that you download their app as it offers good deals on what you buy. Highly recommended
