Although the food and service was good, the only criticism was that my husband and I had a shared roast for 2, there was no serving spoons to dish food. Had to remind Server who did act promptly.

Mixed grill 4oz steak, 1/2 chicken breast 2 pork sausages 1/2 roast tomato, triple cooked chips, gammon slice 2 onion ringsNicely cooked, chicken a bit small, servicegood, but had to wait a while to pay. Discount of 1/3 was nice.

food left a lot to be desired. Fish cut used for fish & chips was thin. some of the triple fried chips were very oily, as if they were at the bottom of the pan. The mixed grill was asked for med/well and it came med/rare instead, along with the oily chips. Fortunately the waitress offered to take off the fish&chips off the bill, so customer service took account of our feedback .

Wonderful atmosphere. Lisa our waitress went above and beyond for what was a busy evening. Food was good and we were very well looked after. A great night.

Came here to eat with a friend. Had some vouchers to use up on meals. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There wasn’t any space in main restaurant so we sat in bar area, ordered food at the bar and had food there in bar area. The staff looked after us really well and are a credit to Beefeater chain. Well done!

We had a lovely lunch here recently. We were a table of six and although some of our party were stuck in traffic, causing them to be late for our booking, the staff were so patient. The waitresses Megan and Judith were lovely, serving us quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. It was obviously very busy but we didn't wait too long for anything. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails! It was a very pleasant visit and all of the staff we met were lovely. Thank you ?

Long queues freezing cold restaraunt, 2 hour wait manager with bad attitude. Food cold stodgy and poorly presented. Tables that resemble a football match day dirty toilets. What's not to hate .
Rank horrible experience. Cold food sat on the counter drying out nicely - I stood there and watched it sit there for 20 minutes.Took forever to order the food and drinks. Not very friendly waitress or bar staff it's as if your doing them a favour for eating in their grotty pub. Toilets are filthy as well. NOT RECOMMENDED

Did a trip to London with these where you had breakfast in the morning and then coach took you to London and brought you back for a 3 course xmas dinner.. All for 25 pound.. Real bargain! Staff were lovely and food was great.

Lovely warm welcome from the cheery staff on arrival. Great choice on the menu and the food was excellent! Cooked to perfection. I had the vegetable skewer/flatbread /chips and salad.... Delicious. Vegetables were really tasty! Husband had grilled chicken with salad. Again very tasty. First time we'd been to Harbour Lights, will definitely return. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Good selection.Parking: Free I think for upto 3 hrs?

What a great Time we had on there coach Trip to London 12/12/23. Beautiful cooked Breakfast. Fantastic Day in London. We got back about 7pm to a Lovely 3 course meal. Definitely going again next year and worth Every penny
