If you are after, great fish and chips, cooked fresh, crispy batter and many other items on the menu, just come to see Ertan. I can honestly say this is the best fish and chips I have had. My grandkids won’t eat anything else when they come and stay.

Freshly cooked while you wait. The chips and fish batter beautifully crispy, fish nicely cooked inside, what a treat .Parking: 3-4 in a bay outside the post office and some in side streets.Wheelchair accessibility: No access for wheelchairs as a high step into the shop.

Ordered through Uber, arrived in good time but what a disappointment. After I chewed my way through some of the chips I moved on to the haddock, which was only slightly less chewy and lacked any taste. The topping for my chips, a very watery curry sauce. I don't know if this was all because it was a delivery and had been sat a while, however I am not willing to take the chance and will be moving on to an alternative chippy.

Fantastic fish and chips, fish cooked fresh to order and very generous portions. New owners only took over in summer of 2022 so be careful reading old reviews. The interior is spotless, bright and clean.
