Love the food I get from Hong Kong tea bar plus at Good

Good food but nothing special. The ribs were reheated. The actual restaurant is very messy with a big pile of deliveroo bags and random furniture. A calour gas fire completes the scene. The guy who served us was nice. There are a few tables if you want to done in but it is very much a cafe not a typical dining in Chinese.

9.5/10 Tastes just like home, all that's missing is a fat chunky cat.

It's one of the top five Chinese restaurants??

Why do they call themselves Hong Kong Tea Bar…. It’s nothing like anything I have had in Hong Kong…. Apart from the dirty floors which I can see in HK restaurants 20 years ago

Avoid. Ordered online for collection and order was declined due to one part of the order being unavailable. Was still charged for this order and 13 days later..still no refund!! Advised in store it would be 3-5 days so paid again for the order in store without the missing item...absolute scammers, and the food isn’t even good ???

Disappointing, noodles were definitely burnt as I could taste the char that it was cooked on. In addition got given the wrong order

I will visit again but I was quite underwhelmed on my first visit. I was after "local cafe" style Hong Kong food and they have a section called "original Chinese special dishes". I had three roast meats, a Chinese classic with egg fried rice. Rice was strangely overcooked and warm at best, not enough sauce with very dry pork that I ended up putting in my hot and sour soup. Duck and crispy pork was nice. Hopefully this a bad day.Visited again and had brisket that turned out to be a bowl of gristle with noodles stuck into one clump. The food is average at best unfortunately.

5 stars every time. I travel from the states and by chance stumbled upon this place about 10 years ago and since then take an entire day of my trip from the states every time I visit the UK. And it’s quite the trek- 7£ & 25 mins on the train and a walk to the hong king tea bar but worth every minute, step and penny. My favorite is the salt and pepper squid! (#60). Thank you for your dedication to food and service!!!

Quirky little cafe style restaurant with a great selection of Chinese food to offer great value for the portion size I thoroughly enjoy coming here as a treat I definitely recommend the chicken curry

Food is still tasty, but since I last dine in,about 2 months ago, the size of the portions is 30% less. You literally have to look carefully to find some meat. There's never a receipt and on the 17th of February I could not get why I paid 30 pounds when the sum was meant to be 24.5 pounds. The cups of tea had marks from previous tea's and I hope a cold sore is not on the books. One thing is for sure, they'll not see me there again
