Ordered on the Istanbul app, very quick delivery, but the delivery driver was a tiny, very rude old man who didn't hand me my food until he was done rambling, he informed me that they don't usually deliver to my area (the app didn't state this, so how were we supposed to know?), but did so in such an unnecessarily disrespectful and insulting way, like I was stupid. Even after I apologised he continued to talk down to me in front of my family who were all appalled by his behaviour as well. I've been here many times before in person and always had a lovely experience. Sad to see someone bringing the place down.

We were in Portsmouth and needed a place to eat, so we did a quick Google search for the nearest kebab house. This one came up as the only option open for lunch in the area.They had an extensive menu, and we decided to order two small Doner kebabs. The food was of great quality, although the prices were a bit on the expensive side. The place was very clean and had a 5-star hygiene rating. The service was excellent, and they provided clean tables and chairs for those who wanted to dine in. The male and female toilet facilities were also well-maintained and clean.If we find ourselves in Portsmouth again, we would definitely consider visiting this place once more.

The staff was not good because i got a pizza and there was hair in it, i took the hair out and put it on a tissue and showed it to the staff.Even tho we didn’t eat the food after we saw the hair, they charged us for the pizza that had hair in it. I will never go back to the store.
