Horrendous, even by KFC standards. Grubby, smelly and sticky. The manager was shockingly dismissive of customers. I'd expect slim chicken to put you out of business very soon. Also, stop serving beans without a fork to eat them. Honking

NEVER again delivery and drive thru in this KFC north harbour, it’s not the first time that happened, staff are careless in giving orders ALWAYS missing something and they pack like rubbish. They give fault to delivery company but how they can see inside what they are bringing if already sealed. Disappointed!

It's a second time I ordered in this place with Uber and I always got missing items. The first time I brought back the bag and showned them but they said I need to call the Uber call center to claim a refund, but the bag was closed with seal so it was from the preparation not during transport the Item was missing. The second time was last Sunday the same thing and I gave up, I will never call ordered via delivery in this place again.

Don't enter their carpark if they are not open because you get a parking fine. It's in very small writing too.

Pleasant enough. I know it seems petty but one expects a selection of chicken pieces in a three piece box. Not three chicken legs, my least favourite part. Having had to wait so long to receive my meal (which seems to be the case with all KFC restaurant's), I had not time to have it changed, as I was on route to pick up my daughter from the station. Whilst waiting for my food, I used their bathroom and reported to one of the staff that the tap in the men's bathroom the auto shut-off was not working as it was running when I entered. Not even so much as thank you, I was just stared at.
Service appalling, self order boards not working properly. Service at till slow and frustrating. Food, some overcooked. Tables sticky. Toilet floor sticky, no toilet paper.

Never go here late, cold food served, everything turned off and cleaned up an hour before official closing time, regretted coming here, should have asked for a refund, however had been driving all night and hadn't eaten therefore very hungry. Won't make the same mistake again! (Cold fries, cold fillet burger, cold piece of chicken, the only thing that was warm was the gravy that comes from the microwave). McDonald's is far more reliable.

We ordered for delivery and we got everything apart from the CHICKEN!Seriously, you had one fecking job, the 'C' in 'KFC' is (please correct me if I'm wrong) CHICKEN.I get that it isn't the highest paying job, I doubt that there aren't members of Mensa packing the order, but missing the chicken! REALLY!This is equivalent to going to a fish and chip shop, ordering FISH AND CHIPS, and only receiving a bag of chips.The standard of service from KFC! The franchise holders should consider the longevity of their business model!

Only person in here at 22:00 slow service. Staff look miserable not customer service at all. Food cold. Lettuce all brown. Would of complained but my patner wasn't want to cause a fuss. Probably the worse kfc ive been to. Also they don't tell you want drink is what. Can't see a difference between pepsi cherry and max. Tasted the
