Very very hard to get through to make a complaint. I see they have loads of bad reviews. No wonder why they don't answer .Shocking by kfc . But don't go to kfc guys . Unless you want soggy chips , wrong chicken in your bag .which is very greasy and a bit pink . Really small portions and cold burgers .It was one of the worst takeaways and to spend £23 pounds on this rubbish . Should have got a Chinese . Shocking and I will be never go back.Ps been trying for 45 minutes to get them on the phone , and no joy .

I've only bought KFC twice this year. The main reason is that this restaurant cannot get an order right, plain and simple. Bought a Gravy Triple bucket and a couple of extra sides. Looked in the bag at the drive through, too many individual bags to check. Got it home looking forward to the meal. Started unpacking it. Anticipation quickly turned to disappointment when I realised our popcorn chicken was missing. Ate meal feeling frustrated and angry yet again. When you start getting my orders right I will start buying from you again.

Ordered food at 10pm at 11:30pm still nothing the app said the driver was 5 minutes away it said this for 1 hour called and spoke to customer service with Uber driver and they did nothing about

The food was good but when I ordered on the screen I pressed eating here,, and then they gave me a delivery pack so I had to go ask for 5 plates.
This place has really gone downhill recently. We ordered a large meal for delivery last week, the food turned up with the gravy spilt all over the rest of the food, rather than try to complain through Uber we went to the store, they of course blamed the delivery driver and as we had no way to prove otherwise decided that tonight we would eat in expecting a much better service, how wrong we were!Firstly, my order was showing as ready to collect, stood for a good 5 minutes waiting, but the staff were more concerned with getting the delivey orders out than dealing with customers in the store, to the point that the bags waiting to go out were covering the screen detailing the eat in orders, when i pointed this out the staff were rude and dismissive.Upon receiving my food, the order was wrong, on checking, if you make changes to your order and then select large meal it resets everything to default so instead of coleslaw and a black coffee they tried to serve gravy and a Pepsi then when I pointed this out they tried to blame me (my wife confirmed she watched me customise the order). Anyway, accepted the gravy but asked for them to swap the Pepsi for a black coffee and went to eat the food. This was now cold as it had been sat on the side whilst they dealt with the delivery orders, starving by this point we ate it anyway, at least my black coffee will be hot I thought, nope, it wasn't even a black coffee, it was white, i hate white coffee.Finally, as to blaming the delivery driver for the previous poor service, having watched the staff packing the bags I can say with 100% certainty that this too was a staff issue, they were literally throwing the boxes of food in the bags without even a care as to who was watching them or what state it would be in once delivered.Such a shame as I used to love KFC but will definitely not be returning to this branch.

I asked for gravy and corn on the cob sides. And I got sweet Beans.Abd cold soggy corn on the cob. Really disappointed.last time the bottle of fizzy soda had been slashed on the side I the drink was wasted and the girl who handed me the food passed it awkwardly so it ripped. And very disappointed as not visited for a couple of years. Totally unacceptable.
