Awful customer service and extremely confusing rewards system. Went in to redeem my birthday donut, but the staff was rude and unhelpful. Despite having the birthday donut reward in the wallet, staff said I couldn't redeem it and offered no help.

Had my 1st Krispy kreme today myself and my brother got a strawberry cream and cookies and cream and ripped them in half so we get to try both of them they were both lovely but definitely the strawberry one was my favourite ?And the women was lovely and good craic

Recommend 100%. They have at the moment a great offer £3.75 for a regular coffee and any donut ???.We had one of the new donuts Salted caramel pretzels and Nutty chocolata. Nutty chocolata my fav.The kiosk staff was really nice and happy to help people with trouble speaking the language????We went in the early evening and they had lot of options. The donut were still supper soft, I was quite surprise thinking they would have been sitting outside all day.

Always love my good ole Krispy Kreme wherever I am in the world I would surely get one. Lady at the Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays kiosk was lovely. Gave us our yummies swiftly. 5 stars from me!

Very good Krispy Kreme store, I am amazed at how these still had some to buy at half three in the afternoon, even though all the time we were there there was a que and people were being served very quickly. We went the day before the euros final and got a match day deal, and I did expect to a few more of the unique England flag styled doughnuts in the match day box. That was the only disappointment. I did also get a custom box of twelve and they were very nice, and they seemed to have more filling that usual which was glorious.

Situated at the beginning of the Outlet Mall. Cute little van and loads of doughnuts to choose from! The servers are very friendly and polite.
