Went to nandos with my friends for a birthday after afew drinks, we came in at around 9:30pm which we were given disturbing looks that made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, we were then told by a member of staff that we had to hurry up and order as they were closing which also made us feel uncomfortable. My friend didn’t recieve any mayo in her pitta and barely any slaw, the staff took her plate came back and said that there was mayo in there after we watched them touch the food with their grubby hands, this was really disappointing as usually nandos is a good experience for us. My butterfly chicken was tough and cold however didn’t want to say anything to the staff as we were made out to be an issue and felt uncomfortable as it is. Our table was dirty and food under us, whilst the staff were too busy cleaning an unused area of the restaurant. Disappointed to say the least ??

The prices are quite high and you won't see lots of variety if you are asian. Had to come back with disappointment. The guy at reception was quite helpful, but you guys need some more staff to handle over the crowd.

Still a great place to eat, just wish they would limit the amount of <16's to either small to either smaller group sizes or less in total during one time. Place was filled with them shouting and screaming and generally being a kids (which is fine, but not when there are so many)The amount of foul language as well was a little uncomfortable when you take your children there to eat though

We had our dining at Nando's today in table number 22 today and I experienced an unfortunate incident involving one of your staff members. Regrettably, the staff member (a lady) handling our table exhibited unprofessional behavior by throwing our food plate onto our table.This behavior was not only shocking but also highly disrespectful. It significantly detracted from what would have otherwise been an enjoyable dining experience at Nando's.I believe it's crucial for management to be aware of such incidents to ensure that they are promptly addressed and that the quality of service is maintained at the highest standards. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to address this matter and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Food was great as always. Service this time wasn't as good unfortunately. Ordered 4 drinks including unlimited peach iced tea. We received 3 glasses and I had to prove we ordered 4 on my mobile. We got the 4th glass. Then there was no iced tea anyway so ended up having cola. Also had to ask for knives and sauces as everything was empty and not being replenished. Once we had the cutlery, we enjoyed our meal.
