Excellent food. Chef Pegan made us some lovely veg dishes. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. 10% student discount for University of Portsmouth.

Food overall was nice, but the portions are a bit small. The chicken satay stews was over cooked and a little over priced for 4 sticks. The service was great, friendly and welcoming.

Great authentic Malaysian food. I had the Penang Char Kuay Teow, it was so aromatic and full of wok hey, I was impressed. Loved the variety of south east asian drinks as well - I missed my bandung! My friend had the Nasi Lemak and said it was wonderful too. Staff were friendly and accommodating to my allergies, made my food without prawn and took note of my preferences. Other dishes looked promising and will be back. So glad I found this little restaurant!Vegetarian options: Ask the staff if they are able to do meat-free/ egg-free/veggie-only versions of the dish and if they can, they will!Dietary restrictions: Staff were accommodating to allergies

Small and intimate cafe. The Malaysian was authentic and was just the right amount of spicy. The black pepper and salt chicken skin was so amazing, I could’ve finished one whole plate by myself!

Highly recommend the Hainanese Chicken Rice and Char Kueh Teow! The nasi lemak was so-so and can be improved. The drinks were alright. Great experience overall! A return customer for sure.

Best Asian food around in Hampshire. Amazing quality good just like in Malaysia. Amazing staff and great communication and service which ensure customer happiness and maximum satisfaction. The food is the most authentic and flavour tingling meals. Best dish is triple meat roast and the infamous laksa with a refreshing side of ice Bandung, and an absolute classic.

Very cosy little restaurant but offers authentic taste of malaysian food. Always love the char kwetiau. Parking is easy. Wish it is dog friendly.

Park 27 is reminiscent of the local eateries seen in Asia, which gives it a feel of authenticity. There were a number of Asian customers during my visit, which is indicative of how good a restaurant this must be. The extensive menu had meals from across the region, including Japan and Malaysia. This would normally deter me, but the quality of the meal I had allayed any concerns I did have. The person serving us was able to answer questions about the food we were looking to order, and happily made an adjustment that was requested. I ordered the Penang Char Kway Teow, a stir fried noodle dish, which was full of flavour and very tasty. I would definitely return to try some of the other enticing looking meals on the menu.
I come here occasionally after Uni lectures with my girlfriend and I must say, I absolutely LOVE it.--==< Service >==--The service is very homely, with us having become accustomed to the front-of-house staff and feeling more like friends than a business which helps us get very comfortable. They are very nice and assertive with delectable dishes when you aren't sure what to have! The wait time is also very short, which is incredible considering how nice the product is!--==< Food >==--The food is always delicious, tender meats, flavourful rice and noodles and more! My girlfriend loves the iced coffee there as well, so definitely worth trying if you like coffee!Spice-wise, they seem very adaptable if you let them know of your personal preferences, whether its on the milder or spicier side which is very helpful as I have always loved spicy food!--==< Pricing >==--The pricing is very cheap relative to what i'm used to getting for similar items and quantities.--==< Conclusion >==--Despite some inconsistencies they have at times, i have rarely (if ever) encountered a problem that could make me rate them any lower - they're just that good in every aspect! So for filling, delicious yet affordable meals, Park 27 Cafe is the place for you!
