Shocking delivery service. Took over an hour for a single pizza to be delivered! Tracking app stated it had been in the oven for 30mins, before being packed for another 25mins! When it arrived it was dry, cold and absolutely nothing like the advertised ‘Big New Yorker Pepperoni’! Very disappointed! I will not be using this branch again!

I booked online for a birthday celebration (table of 5, 3 children & 2 adults)
The table was booked for 12:30 and we arrived on time, upon arrival we were shown to our table, I used the QR code on the table and ordered 3 children’s buffets, 1 adults buffet and a separate drink for myself as I was not hungry.
The 3 children went up to get pizza and salad accompanied by 1 adult.
Upon return to our table one of our children decided he did not want his salad, as for this not to go to waste I decided to eat it as it would of only gone in the bin otherwise.
Whilst eating the salad I was approached at the table by the manager and one other, we were quizzed as to why I was eating salad, made to feel very unwelcome and went on to be verbally abused by the manager, we felt very threatened and intimidated.
Please note the table consisted of x2 children with disabilities and an adult with PTSD.
I said we would happily leave if they were to provide us with a refund but we had only eaten what we had payed for l, less infact!
We were then bombarded with further embarrassment as the manager went on to discuss the proceeding with other tables caused other customers to stare at our table making for a very uncomfortable meal.
We were then (after 30 minutes) deemed to be threatening and unwelcome and asked to leave, i in a very calm manner asked if the children could finish their ice cream before we left (they had just got it) to which the manager shouted a crossed the restaurant “call the police!)
This has been a very unsettling, unpleasant experience which has ruined a birthday and cost the best part of £60!
I have been going to Pizza Hut for years and this will be the last time!
After leaving the restaurant kitchen staff left the building to continue taking picture of the children and cars we came in and led me to call the police and have this reported.
The members of staff refused to give names but were happy to take pictures of us (and children).
I will be pursuing this matter! I asked for a partial refund as 6 slices of pizza, a salad and 2 ice creams were eaten in the very limited to we had before being thrown out!
I am absolutely discussed! And a police report had been logged!
This has left 2 children being physically sick and 1 adult upset and shaken!

We waited 1hr 45minutes for our food (should have arrived in 30 minutes according to tracking)! When it finally arrived the pizzas and sides were cold and poor quality, clearlu prepared in a hurry. Staff do not answer the phone either. Did not get a refund. Horrible food and even worse service, avoid!!!
