Pretty average to be honest. Only one person cooking pizza which meant that it went fast and had to wait ages for the next lot to come out. Wasn't particularly good when it did, nor was the salad or pasta. Would not recommend.

We haven't been to Pizza Hut in years, so we thought we'd do something different. It was about 1.30pm on a Saturday afternoon and we went for the buffet. We didn't book and the woman ummed and arred where ro sit us, yet there was about 10 tables free. She sat us on a small, single table. The next couple came in, and they were sat at a booth, a lo5 more space. There were a lot of families and kids there, so it was very noisy and busy. The staff encouraged us to pay via the app rather than order through them. That was fine apart from the area is really poor for signal, but I think there was WiFi available at Pizza Hut. We went to go get food, and there were a few slices of vegetarian pizza left and nothing else, so we waited. 15 minutes later, they finally brought more pizza out that was freshly cooked. I kept asking if more food was coming, otherwise I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. Most of the pizza was deep pan, I do prefer thin crust, but I wasn't going to argue after waiting so long. I then had a bowl of salad, and that was awful, it didn't taste fresh at all. Had a few more slices of pizza, but there wasn't much variety of toppings. Either pepperoni or vegetarian. We then had a bowl of ice cream, which was quite low down, but obviously, it was for kids to help themselves. We didn't think it was worth the £20 each, probably cheaper to have ordered a takeaway, especially as we paid online and helped ourselves, there was no service from the staff. It's great for kids and families, but for a couple wanting something different, it was not for us at all.

For a Friday evening, it was quiet. That was good for us as we only stopped here as it was the fourth choice, having been turned away from other establishments that could not accommodate us. What does that say about Pizza Hut?

Hard working staff, good food and service

A server called Tyler S went above and beyond for a couple of customers that were sat behind me. She was friendly when serving my partner and myself. A breathof fresh air to witness such

Music too Loud, too many misbehaved Children screaming and running around, and the service was nonexistent.

Was told by the waitress that if the salad wasn't fresh to "just let her know and she would replenish", didn't honestly fee it was our job to check the freshness. The potato salad (I think that's what it was) was so slimey, almost mash, the peppers looked like they had sat there for at least 12 hours, it all looked very unappertising, no wonder it's unlimited as I can't imagine anyone would want too much of cold tinned sweetcorn and floopy looking lettuce. All the adult meals were brought to the table long before the 2 child meals which meant they were unoccupied while the adults tried to eat, then when they were brought out they were so hot that they still couldn't eat. Perhaps as it's supposed to be so child friendly it might be an idea to make sure child meals are brought out in advance.I think it was 20 years since I went in a Pizzahut and it will probably be another 20 if at all.The flat bread was quite nice but £13.50 for a flatbread seemed a bit steep.Parking: Plenty of parking was probably the best thing about this place

Oh woe is me. How we used to love a visit to Pizza Hut. I think we shall leave it to the kids and the TikTok brigade. I have to say having to order yourself on your phone in ALL occasions and then be asked at the payment page for a "service tip" to be added was extrordinary. Yes; you didnt need to BUT to be asked when you have had NO SERVICE whatsoever. Unbeleivable. Apologies, we were shown to a table of our choice by "a person", bless her. Obviously had no waitressing experience or training whatsoever but then, if you do it all yourself i dont suppose they need to pay anyone enough to waitress? At least in Wetherspoons you can go to the bar and order, like wot you do when you go out for food!!!Pizza i have to say was good, light and crispy, salad, if you could find any that wasnt all over the floor (this must be how the TikTok brigate like to experience their salad) then you were lucky. Garlic bread, somewhat reduced in size over the years....finally the price, my god, this whole experience set us back more than a 2 course, waitered meal at our local indian resteraunt with a pint of lager and 2 G and Ts on the bill !What a general let down but the toddler with us enjoyed the experience so i could say it lived up to expectations for the (future) TikTok brigade.

Nothing below is crticism towards the team, everything below was not their fault but the fault of Pizza Hut Restaurants as a whole and how they are forced to run their Restaurants .The mobile ordering is terrible, people dine-in for the personal experience and interactions not the convenience! If I wanted to be anti-social I would have ordered a takeaway... The app was not very intuitive and no instructions were provided but we were advised we had to use it to order. It took us so long to order that I missed out on ordering a pizza melt which was the only thing I wanted to eat on the menu but only served instore until 5pm...On the topic of the Pizza Melts - You are only to order them in the Restaurants until 5pm, what on earth is that about?! We started ordering way before 5pm but due to it taking so long to sort on the app it was past 5pm by the time we ordered and so I was refused a Pizza Melt. I was then told I could order one at the takeaway bar instead... What?!It's such a mess how the system is set up; you can tell these decisions were made by PH Corporate, not the Staff actually running the Restaurants. We will not be returning to Pizza Hut while this system is in place, it is so out of touch with what Customers want from a dine-in experience and for the price you pay it's almost comical. The only reason I haven't given a 1 star is due to the fact the food and staff were good.

Food was rather overpriced, the waitress looked extremely disinterested in providing service. Sides came out after the pizza, ice cream was shut off 15mins before closing and two of our group paid for deserts that were not served as they were forgotten. The manager was very good, just let down by the other members of the team.

You've got to love a pizza hut buffet

Ordered through the app in the restaurant, paid for food and tip before the meal. The waitress only brought one drink and one glass for soda - we had ordered 3 sodas and a drink. Service was slow even though they weren't busy. Puddings took almost an hour to arrive after we'd finished main course and she wasn't in any hurry. Dishes weren't cleared between courses. Puddings arrived but were wrong - we did get an apology and given the incorrect puddings for free - so nice touch, thank you.Overall a good restaurant and nice food.
