If I could leave zero reviews I would have. Food was absolutely perfect. I have been going here for years and there has been a new manager who has taken over and his customer service was absolutely awful. I tried to pay for my bill, and was refused as I had cash. He said he doesn’t have change in his till, huffed at me numerous times. I said he cannot refuse legal tender and his response was ‘it is not illegal to only accept card’ and that ‘he can take my money but will not be able to give me my change’In the end he ‘found’ some change for me after I had to wait at the bar for ten minutes for it. I have been paying cash at prezzo since covid and even though they have stated they are card only they have always let me pay in the past and never made it an issue. Because they know you cannot refuse cash. Will not be going there again.

I'm a frequent customer at Prezzo, because I really like it.I had come to this Prezzo last month and as always I order the spaghetti carbonara.This time A carbonara arrived at my table that I had never seen before, liquid liquid... I spoke to the manager and they made me another carbonara which came again liquid, but in the end the manager explained that they had changed the product they use to make the cream and that it would be like this in all the Prezzo’s now, I think it's very strange and honestly it doesn't taste good to eat a carbonara like that...in the end we ordered a dessert, a lotus biscoff cheesecake with banana, when it arrived at the table there was no banana... and we could see the table on the side with the same dessert but with banana.anyway, we were not lucky this time…
Absolutely spot on service delivered by a personable, engaging and "nothing is too much trouble" table host Martina. Food was scrummy and prices are market realistic. Ambiance created perfect made for a super afternoon lunch with friends and family.
