Getting a standard milkshake is simple and easy, ask for something that requires doing something different for allergy reasons and I've had eye rolling, grunting and even responses of 'well that's going to take about 15 minutes' to which I said that's fine I'm not in a rush ?. There is one young lady who works here that really goes above and beyond for allergy sufferers (my wife and daughter have Coeliacs disease), she has gone out of her way to run through the shakes that are nice which contain no wheat or gluten.Dietary restrictions: They do offer dairy free and gluten free but it's a challenge getting them sometimes

received my milkshake (the same order i get everytime) it had a fully funny taste, tasting as if the milk was gone off. Became really ill about 10 minutes after having 2 sips and throwing it away.

Ordered 2 drinks and regular fries (which are available at every other shakeaway we have been to), was charged a pretty high price but thought nothing of it until we were handed 3 milkshakes. The girl rudely told us she thought we said frys peppermint delight, in no way tried to rectify the situation, just stared at us until we left with an unwanted drink. Got charged for a matcha shot but drink in no way tasted like matcha and tasted like it was off, overall was a terrible experience, customer service here is awful. Save your money and go elsewhere

Bought a fat free shake "chris". Not only was the girl working rather rude and unapproachable but my shake was full of ice at the bottom. Waste of 4.69 for poor customer service and a shake that was not worth the money at all
