I want to thank the staff who were working Wednesday 20th afternoon/evening especially Jo. My car broke down in the petrol station and they were very kind and helpful as I waited 4 hours to be rescued. They made a very bad experience more bearable. Many thanks to them both.

I just got told off by their staff because I take out my phone to see what's the time and put it back in my pocket ,went inside to pay my 15 liter diesel and with a very rude manner he said he will stop the pump next time when he see me taking out my phone at the pump and there are hundreds of signs saying no mobile phones.Yes,he is right but he doesn't need to be so rude and telling me off. Unprofessional and definitely not going to use Shell Farlington anymore

Ordered uber eats, their list wasn't updated, my order had a drink and more items, only the drink was available. Instead of contacting me or cancelling the order, he decided to take it upon himself to edit the order and remove the item and leave the drink. So i paid more for delivery than the drink i got because he thought it was okay to do this. Ridiculous.
Absolute Shell quality - from the fuel to the vehicle grooming. Small's beautiful and right on the main road.

This morning I had a flat tyre and didn’t have my phone. I pulled into the shell garage in farlington at around 8am. Upset I went into the kiosk to as if I could borrow the phone. The response was amazing. I didn’t get the ladies name who kept making sure I was ok as I was awaiting the RAC or the gentleman’s name who was working behind the counter. Both were outstanding and a credit to your company. I hope you make them aware of how grateful I am, I’m sure you’ll know who was working. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart. Rosa

Just absolutely rude people !!!!As a hgv driver and been a small service station there is not a lot of room for hgvs but has a hgv pumpBut this older lady didn't want us there so decided to start shouting at us through the window....As we entered the shop continued to shouting telling us that there is a truck stop down the road... and the hgv was blocking up the pumps ....It wasn't as there are 4 lanes of pumpsall we wanted was a drink and a snackas my mate went to move the hgv forward just to keep the peace I got drinks and snacks ...Went to pay she said she was going to complain to my boss and she wouldn't server me .....This all happened at 07:00 am and there was know one else in the shop or at the pumps ...Avoid this place at all times
