2 Cappuccino's with extra shots and tasted like a cup of milk, not the first time this has happened, but we won't be coming back . This store is like a fake version of the real Starbucks

Fantastic Starbucks. Best one I've visited. The staff are so helpful and friendly. There's an amazing range of drinks on offer and the food is fab. Cannot fault it. Definitely my favourite place to eat when shopping in Portsmouth.

Very very busy. But a good Starbucks overall. Staff are amazing

The slowest service, 15 minute just for 1 coffee, and when turned only warm.

I do like an independent café, but on occasions, Starbucks will also help quench a chaps thirst. This particular branch is usually pretty good, if a little worn around the edges. The staff on this occasion had a substantial queue to get through, but my seasonal coffee and tasty sweet treat hit the proverbial spot. I think the seating and table areas will need a refresh sooner rather than later, but it seemed clean overall on this particular visit. Yes, it’s expensive compared to some other coffee establishments, but I would visit again. (Visit was 1st October 2022).

Drinks good, food good a tad expensive, but service is slow when waiting food. They seem to only be able to heat up 1 toasted sarnie at a time

Coffee shop what more can I say service was a bit slow and expensive but I didn't have to stop there my choice

I had the misfortune to buy a cup of flat white coffee which cost £3.25. It was so foul, it not only tasted disgusting, it taste bad as well. Never will I ever visit that company’s establishments ever again.

Very nice store and nice staff, especially for a Starbucks. Thank you in specific to Gigi, who, after I mentioned how hot I was, unexpectedly brought me some ice water to drink whilst I waited for my coffee. I was very touched!

This place threw me a curveball. I didn’t see this coming out of a clear blue sky. I’ve thought about it before committing to this review and I’ve decided they are chancers - 21st century pirates - alive and well in Portsmouth. I’m a loyal Starbucks gold card holder for years. I literally easily spend over £1000 a year with them. I get extra shots, syrups etc but here….wait for it…I was charged 5 pence for a plastic cup of water and ice with my two cappuccino coffees and almond croissants. It’s not the 5p it’s the attitude. I usually sip water with my coffee. I do understand there’s a cost but some costs must be absorbed and they’ve recently increased their prices/margins quite significantly. They are, as we North Irish say, extracting the ur ine. It’s a long time since my flabber was gasted. This isn’t a struggling small scale operator; it’s a mega global company worth billions of dollars with a franchisee screwing loyal customers for a few pennies for a plastic cup of water when they are drowning in ceramic cups in store. My cappuccinos were served in ceramic cups and my almond croissants were served on a ceramic plate. I’ve avoided Starbucks since. I went to a costa coffee today and when I asked for water I got a large ice-filled glass of the stuff with my coffees with no additional charge. I’ve been to Pret, Hotel Chocolat, M&S and a few independents too - all cheerfully provided iced water for free, with a smile. So my advice is avoid this place and go elsewhere. I’m surprised these robbers aren’t charging for each sachet of sugar but charging for plastic cups it’s not beyond them to start perhaps only a matter of time? Time to review my loyalty to this pocket rifling brand.

Staff were excellent, very friendly. Drinks were delicious and perfect to cool down in the warm weather. Will definitely visit again.

It is the standard Starbucks so if you like it youll be fine if you prefer other coffee houses they are around the local area. It was clean and staff were friendly

Ordered a couple of drinks and after waiting a considerable while i decided to enquire where they were. To begin with the member of staff I ordered from couldn't seem to remember me ordering and was very confused. I was then left surprised to hear they were sure the name for the order had been called out and the drinks had been left on the side. I politely asked if they could be put in takeaway cups to go instead but sadly hadn't the time to finish what had been purchased while on my break.

I've been all over for coffee, But for me I always find that Starbucks is overated and sooo Bitter, I have tried to find a nice Starbucks but again they feel very much the same cold and untidy. It's expensive TAT..... Go find yourself a local business....HELP OUR LOCALS stay in business?? plus there coffee and staff are normally nicer as there fightin to stay afloat......☕️☕️

Service is awful. 1 person doing drinks, rest stood around building up the orders, and don't bother calling out names of the people associated with the drinks. Avoid if you want to get out of the place with a drink within 20mins of an order.
