I ordered cold brew vanilla sweet cream but I got normal cold brew... without vanilla sweet cream. Barista told they don't have vanilla sweet cream. Why don't tell me at the till before i paid? Is that make sense? If it doesn't have, I will change to order another menu?

I was waiting for my drink more than twenty minutes. I wouldnt complaint if the customers who ordered later than me, didnt get that drinks but i'm the lastest one. And when I ask them to please check my order, they just said that they were busy, I was there all the time before there got busy. And my drink is not what i ordered. So please make sure, all staffs know how to prioritize, we are customer we are happy to wait if they are new there it's understandable and the thing is saying sorry is not the weakness.

I believe the woman is called Larissa. Normally, everyone is proper lovely, but the attitude I got from that woman stank. It ain't hard to smile and be polite to ya customers. My drink wasnt right and I got attitude back at me when I asked for it to be changed.
