Staff here are absolutely vile. I parked in one of the visitors spaces outside the Subway as I was visiting Changes Clinic which is directly opposite Subway and doesn't have its own car park. The visitor spaces (which are all marked green) can all be used for anyone visiting the clinic, and I've always parked here without issue. Today when I parked, a Subway employee decided to run out and start shouting at me, saying I couldn't park there. I explained it was a visitor space, I was visiting the building opposite, and I would enter my registration and there had never been any issues with this previously. She continued to shout at me and caused a huge and unnecessary scene in front of all of the customers in Subway. Please get your facts correct before shouting at a stranger again, and consider asking your employees to be much more polite. Absolute jobsworth!

Waited over half an hour for a salad to be told when we got to the front they dint have salad bowls.. not to mention they were doing a food order from their online orders in front of everyone, so even through we were at the front of the queue we then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes whilst they finished the order from online.. oh and then the delivery drivers came in and kicked off and ended up arguing in front of a whole line of people who were already annoyed.. never again..

Just eat order: food turned up on time and that's what the 1 star is for. We got the complete wrong order which was so squashed that if it was the correct order we couldn't eat it. Phoned the restaurant to be told they cant replace it or give me a refund as the manager isn't in till tomorrow so to pop in then to talk to them. This is the first and last time I will use Subway Lakeside. Spoken to just eat who are helping us
Children's cheese and mayo sandwich had a ridiculous amount of mayo, 6" Italian herbs and cheese was falling apart before anything was put in it, struggled to eat as everything fell out. No longer sell flatbread either. Would have gone to another Subway if I'd known that before ordering the other two sandwiches.
