Ordered a Philly Steak footlong, turned up quickly enough (20 minutes), but was stone cold on arrival. Clearly thrown together, not toasted, 10.2 degrees in the centre. Never again.

The food was fantastic and the service was good. But I noticed a few cups filled with wraps on the table. Also, the tables were a little unclean. I guessed it was because the entire branch was been run by one person.

I am utterly disappointed in the costumer interaction in the store. For being a first time customer in subway, the employees on duty were very rude behaved like they were forced to do their Job, weren’t even trying to listen to what we were saying, and there wasn’t even a lot of customers in the store at that time, around 4pm march 16To top it off they were not even in the uniform and after this experience I would never enter a subway again.

Ordered in the store. The staff was rude. Didn’t ask if I wanted cheese and which one I wanted. They had assumed I wanted cheese and could eat it. When in fact I’m allergic to cheese. They removed it off the sub and we’re going to continue with preparing it for me, luckily a customer noticed there was cheese still in the sub and demanded that I should be given a new one. Once this happened they put vegan cheese on and put it in the oven for a 5 seconds claiming I had held up the queue and needed to be hurried along, which meant my sub was stone cold. At this point I just wanted to pay and get out, which is exactly what I did. This is the worst Subway store in Portsmouth by far and I will never be returning to it.
